D. A.I chanced upon this moneychanger as I was at Paya Lebar Square. I was quoted slightly better than mid-market spot for SGD to CNY (good value) and slightly worse off rate for SGD to JPY (better than a few other money changers near my house). Polite service which did not make me feel as if I need to hurry.
