The process was fast and were explained very clearly. However the only problem is that I accept the offer which lendela offer based on the list given . The details fir the payment is not what is offer. Instead of the 48 months monthly payment which as stated in the list provided, I was told by the lender that they do not have such payment terms. They only provide 4 months term payment.

I was actually late for my 11am appointment with one of the licensed lenders but Sumi of Lendela helped me to fix an appointment on same day. Thanks for the referrals to Goldstar Credit. The staff there were professional and explained the process in details. However do note that the "online appointment booking" via your web page needed to be updated as their opening hours are from 1130am and not your booking time stated from 10am. I have to wait about 1.5 hours for them to open their door. Do update your booking webpage as per timing with the listed Companies to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Other then that, well done and thanks for the referral platform.

I have tried to use Lendela several times but this is the only time I decided to use their list of partners who are willing to offer me what I need. I was skeptically at first because I thought the offers might just be a facade and the money lender that I decided to take the offer to may change their mind and retract their offer or low ball me. But that isn't the case and Lendela personnel ensure that isn't the case when I enquire. They follow up with the partner to ensure the offer still stands prior me going over there to officially take up the loan. Thanks Lendela, it is really a gold service provider for anyone in need. Just make sure your documents you upload are updated and correct and applicants should be fine with the process.
