Professional, efficient, friendly and fast. Renewal process was seamless, guided by Lawrence and MingXi each step of the way. Queries were answered promptly, options were explained clearly and at no point of time did I feel confused or overwhelmed. 2 options were given to me, and I took the bank loan vs the in house loan. Approval process was extremely quick and i am surprised by it to be honest. If excellent service is what you are looking for, look for Lawrence and Mingxi. Best experience by far that I had in automotive loans.
