My wife and I engaged Mr Teh for a purchase of a property under construction. Mr Teh is very knowledgeable about the law and gives clear, practical advice, a testament to his long tenure (over 30 years) in the industry. He’s also funny and friendly. In addition, his fees are competitive. I am genuinely confused by some of these other reviews. Based on my experience working with him, and given his expertise in conveyancing, I would not think twice about engaging him.
