We always order from Far East for our family in Singapore. The arrangements and flowers are beautiful and always loved by the recipients. The only comment I wanted to mention, was the order went to the wrong apartment. I checked my order and I gave the correct address. It did make it to the right apartment at some point. and all was well.

I placed an order on Sunday evening to deliver the flowers to my workplace as a farewell gift for my manager who serving the last day notice. I selected delivery between 2-6pm for Monday and turned out it arrived about 10 minutes before 2pm. I am so happy about this as it was just arrived timely before I have a farewell call with my manager at 2pm while I’m still overseas, can’t be physically there with my colleagues for the farewell. It is unplanned timely surprise. Thank you so much Far East Flora for the great job, especially for those processed my order and deliver it timely.

Beautiful fresh roses. Very nice floral arrangement too with the right amount of fillers. Picked the 7-10pm time slot for delivery but bouquet arrived at 6:30pm. Online ordering process was seamless. Recommended.

I'm so grateful for this place! I hope the workers know how much we appreciate their keeping all sorts of lovely plants and flowers and gardening supplies on hand. One incident this week really reminded me how nice it is to be able to search on their web site and say, "Oh look. They have mosquito dunks for use in ponds, rain gutters, etc. This is just what we need!" How nice it was to be able to walk in there and buy the exact thing we needed. Sometimes we have difficulty finding these things but Far East Flora carries this and many more items to make gardening a pleasant experience, whether you have house plants or orchids in pots on a windowsill or a full yard with papaya trees and frangipani blossoms, this place will help you to enjoy a nature-oriented hobby with ease. Tip: They have great opening hours too, which means you can work til 6 p.m. and still pop by after office hours to pick up something and not spend your weekend doing errands!

While checking out, the page went blank and I had to make the order details all over again but the delivery date had changed to the next day instead of the day itself. There is a' chat with us' option and I was assisted with a friendly chat and managed to change the delivery date. By the way, as I called the hotline multiple times, no answer was received! Ever reliable florist whether buying from the nursery or ordering flowers online. Affordable prices, but could improve on delivery confirmation with photos of delivery location via social messaging platforms rather than having to call in, especially for funeral wreaths.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided from start to finish. First it was easy to place order and the transportation cost was really affordable. Delivery was prompt and was very happy that the bouquet included the sachet of alum powder that could help lengthen the lifespan of the lovely bouquet of flowers.

Flowers and the arrangement were very good. However they delivered it 3 days early. I specifically set the delivery date to be on our Anniversary day (Monday). Buy they sent it to my wife on Saturday. I have the invoice indication the correct delivery date. I think when it come to flower delivery, the delivery date and time is extremely important as you usually send flowers for occasions. You can't just specifically ask for the delivery date and time and then deliver on any random day. That's why I'm giving 2 stars. Qualify of their bouquets is actually 5 star level. I adjusted the review after realizing that it was a rare honest mistake. They sent an apology bouquet to my wife with an apology letter. It shows that they do not make this mistake frequently as they can't be sending apology flowers each time.

Once the tree is unloaded and displayed at the flower market, the flower market will contact you. Now come pick the tree~~ If the Christmas tree in Singapore's midsummer is a live tree~~ The scent of wood wafting through the house~~ You can have a happy Christmas. There are now five months left!!!
