Wanted to surprise my wife with a recreation of our wedding bouquet since our original one turned mouldy due to bad weather conditions, making us unable to preserve it and SJO Flora exceeded expectations when I placed my order with them. They were able to help me fine tune the flowers and even suggested for me to add a little personal touch with some stickers that me and my wife made for our wedding. When it arrived, you can clearly see how delicate the flowers are, yet SJO Flora went the extra mile to make sure everything was kept in tip top condition, down to making sure the bell jar was securely attached to the base of the box and ribbon tied so the bell jar wouldn’t move around during delivery. Came with a nice personalised note and a nice letter detailing how to take care of the flowers. What else can I say except my wife was moved to tears when she saw the flowers. Will definitely place all my flower orders with them from now on!

I first received a bell jar from Sjo Flora as a gift, and then later ordered one for my best friend. I happened to message them when they were out of town, but they responded to me so quickly and even managed to arrange same day delivery the exact day they came back. My best friend loves it - the workmanship, personalisation, and speedy response really made the whole purchase experience super breezy. I'd recommend this for those who think fresh cut flower bouquets are a waste - these preserved arrangements last forever and they are thoughtfully curated. I purchase these flowers for a farewell gift. At first I was skeptical about it, but when I received the flower and handover to my friend, she was delightful about it. The materials used were very different from all the flower shop that I bought before. The most important thing is that the flowers is exactly what we see on their website or any of their other social media. Thank you SJO Flora for this good product, I just hope now my friend will not forget me. Anyway, thank you for the quick turn around and my last minute request.

The arrangement was much smaller than what it looked on the photos. The wrapping around the arrangement made it look bigger. So even when it was held by a person to allow a buyer to check the size, when I removed the wrapper, the actual flower arrangement was far too small. I felt cheated for the price I paid.
