This florist showed the best combination of online shopping and bespoke / personalised experience. I got to find out on one evening that it was someone’s special birthday and then I decided to send the flower the next day. I contacted various online florists but did not receive response Nor positive response that they could deliver on the same day as it was very last minute. For this place, the experience was different from others in the following aspects: 1) Leon called right away 2) I asked for a quicker payment option and he whatsapped me the link instead of asking me to go back to his web site 3) after I paid, I asked Leon whether I could make modification of my order as I had a bit of concern in view of the recipient’s preference. He was happily helping with changing bouquet details while making recommendations addressing my concerns 4) all in all; the charges for the modification was very reasonable In conclusion, I had fantastic experience due to efficient online experience where I could know what I was getting, which got enhanced by bespoke / efficient personalised service provided by Leon. The flowers bouquet put together was very beautiful and and the delivery service was good too. Thanks very much Leon!

Very impressed by Leon, who reply to my text immediately at 7.40pm. This is my 1st purchase with them, ordered 3 wreaths, and he delivered it on the same night 1.5hr before promised time! Furthermore the next day is Valentine's day, and his team must be very busy! Despite that, he still accepted my orders as he knew it is urgent for me. Salute to his professionalism. I'm gonna orser from him again.

The owner, Leon, was extremely accommodating and understanding on the urgency to get the gift to the recipient the very next morning even though I only managed to get through the hotline close to 10pm the day before. Tried his best to fulfil the request on specific items too and most importantly within a very affordable price. Did not try to take advantage of the situation and make money out of it. Extremely impressed with the superb service and reliability! Will definitely go to them for future orders! Highly recommended!

Beautiful flowers - truly amazing and professional service! They kept me informed when a certain flower had to be substituted, with pictures of replacement and outcome. I also missed the earlier delivery timeslot on their site, but they still managed to deliver it as early as possible. Thank you for the great experience! :)

I ordered from India and I was little sceptical as I did not know how the flowers would be and if it will be delivered on time. All I can say is I am super happy with the service . The valentine's day bouquet actually looks better than what I saw in picture .

I ordered 10 roses for my wife Birthday to be delivered on 9th Feb 2021. However, upon delivery, we recieved only 6 roses. The flowers was fresh. I informed the company on the incorrect number of roses delivered. The Management was prompt and immediately told that a new set of 10 roses will be delivered on the same day. The florist was honest and apologise for the error. On the same day, I received the 10 roses and a Dairy Milk Chocolate as gift. Admire the company professionalism and integrity. I am happy with the quality of roses and accuate timing on delivery. Trustable company to order flowers.
