I recently visited Mandai Pet Sanctuary and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The sanctuary is truly an amazing and respectful place, especially for those seeking cremation services for their pets. Thank you for being so professional and understanding.

We were lucky that we chose Mandai Pets Sanctuary to cremate our beloved pet. They were very understanding, accommodating and kind and handled her very respectfully. The private room was also nicely done up and we could say our goodbyes to her in a comfortable environment. Really appreciated it.

I have cremated communally two of my previous hamsters at the old Mount Vernon Pet Sanctuary located at Whitley Road. The counter staff then were professional, friendly and emphatatic to my loss. The charges for a small animal communal cremation was also affordable at $21.40. Today, my 3rd syrain hamster passed n I went to Mandai Pets Sanctuary (an affiliate), sadly the experience was poor. The 2 staff there were indifferent and lacked any empathy. One would have thought that if you increased your price to $50 now, that the level of service should be higher than before. It leaves me to think if my poor hammie will be handled with the care and dignity that he deserves.

I went to Mandai Pets Sanctuary to send off my beloved hamster. I've chosen the Cremation with Ashes option and the price was much cheaper than some other companies. The staff were very polite and were not pushy. They would recommend their services based on your comfortable budget. The whole transaction was smooth and I was able to collect the Urn within 4 days. I will strongly recommend their services.

We recently cremated our pet hamster at Mandai Pets Sanctuary. It had been a pleasant and comforting experience from the beginning till the day of collection of the urn. The staff who attended to us was gentle, understanding and gave good advises. We were pleasantly surprised when informed that the fee included a nice little urn and we didn’t have to wait long to collect the urn, 3 days to be exact, even though we were given a wait time of between 4 to 10 days. Mandai may sound so out of the way but we were surprised at how accessible the place is from our place. There’s a bus stop just outside the sanctuary with bus service 138. We took 171 to change along the way, about half an hour bus rides in all. Will definitely engage their service again in future if need to.

I am grateful for the staffs at mandai pets sanctuary. They gave me ample time to say goodbye to my beloved pet. Also, they were very respectful and handled my pet with love and caution. They were very sympathetic and made sure I was ready to let my baby go before they proceed with the cremation. The whole process allowed me to focus on sending my baby off.

Our beloved pet dog passed away in early Jan 2021. We came upon Mandai Pet Sanctuary on our search for a pet columbarium to house its ashes. The staff (Kyo & Serene) there have consistently demonstrated professionalism in their service. They also showed care, understanding and helpfulness by providing advice/suggestions for disposition of our beloved pet unconsumed foodstuff, toys, accessories etc. We are grateful by their willingness to change the battery tea-light in our beloved pet's niche when we could not visit. We sincerely thank Kyo and Serene for their help and support over these difficult 2 mths since our pet's passing. Thank you very much.
