Arrangements were undertaken and organized by Takdir Pengurusan Jenazah Pte Ltd. The combination of compassionate staff and the personnel they engaged made a significant difference. It began with a conversation with the business owner (I think), Encik Salleh Idris, who requested important documents from me to proceed with all the arrangements. The hearse driver, the individual who helped cleanse and bathe my late mother, and the imam who assisted and guided us through the prayers all contributed to the smooth process. Just to state the star points - drinks were arranged for families and friends at the cemetery who attended the last rites. Additionally, a tahlil session at home after the burial took place, with the imam leading the prayer and providing food bentos for 50 people. The food was delicious, with many guests commenting on its taste. Finally, carpet grass will be placed on the graveyard to ensure my mom’s final resting place looks clean, neat, and tidy. I will not hesitate to recommend Takdir Pengurusan Jenazah Pte Ltd. My experience so far dealing with them, has been excellent. UPDATE ON 14 OCTOBER 2024 (as I just need to add that...): Encik Salleh has once again excelled in delivering outstanding service! I engaged his company for the construction of a tombstone and the tiling work to enclose the grave mound of my mother’s grave. Before the project was completed, I noticed a minor chip on one of the bricks and promptly informed him. To my delight, he arranged for the replacement of that brick on the same day I reached out. I am truly gratified with the finished work, which exceeded my expectations.
