I was overseas in Japan with my dad when my dad had passed away quite suddenly. Was referred to Unity Casket by a friend whom had engaged their services recently. They were quick to respond and assisted in arranging for their local partner to be involved in the handling and arrangements. I am very thankful that they handled the whole process with great sensitivity and understanding and compassion. They are experienced in the repatriation process and also arranged for my dad's funeral wake with no hiccups. Everything was handled smoothly and their response time was always very prompt. We had engaged Unity Casket to be the undertaker for my FIL who had passed on. William personally came down to the hospital to assist us and his team had been very helpful and assist us during the wake. William will come down to see if there's a problem being reported. He will also advise us what needs to be done after the funeral. They are even with us on the day for ash collection and help to arrange the offerings during the prayer time in the temple. Their service is superb and thanks for all the help!
