During an incredibly difficult time for our family, Xin An Funeral Parlor provided us with the utmost care and professionalism. Their team is not only empathetic but also dynamic, guiding us through the entire process with compassion and clarity. Special thanks to Thomas, who immediately came down to assist us at the hospital and continues to support us with prayer arrangements even to this day. They offered valuable advice, helping us make the best decisions while respecting our emotions and wishes. A HUGE thank you to Thomas & his team "Xin An Funeral Services" for their great help to us in Jul 2022. All of us were at a lost when my mum left us suddenly. When we contacted Thomas, he rushed back from JB to help us with the arrangements. They left us with no worries and they really put themselves in our shoes to think for us. I have heard a lot about how some funeral companies hard sell some stuff and they will not be considerate towards the family members. But Thomas and his team were very friendly, caring, kind and considerate. They were always around when we need them. They even help to serve our friends and relatives when we were busy with the ritual. Ever since Jul 2022 till now, they will still response promptly to us when ever we approach them for advice about the praying matters ... my mum's 49 days, 100 day, 1 year, 2 years etc. We really have to say this "有心安礼仪服务，我们都可以安心“. And we will definitely introduce Xin An Funeral Services to those who are in need.
