We chanced upon A Star Furnishing through Google search about their aluminium kitchen cabinets. We were initially sceptical about aluminium cabinets as we were influenced by the ugliness of aluminium kitchen sinks and cabinets in the 1990s! Nevertheless we took a long drive to their showroom in Woodlands to take a look and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furnishing and its competitive pricing. We met Jeremy who walked us through the entire project from inception to installation. We are appreciative of his patience, professionalism and responsiveness to our changes and numerous questions. The finished product is better than expected and we are happy with the quality too. There were some hiccups during the installation process that affected our tight deadline but they are within acceptable delay norms. We took the risk of selecting A Star Furnishing without any recommendations from any one and we are glad that they didn’t disappoint us. We are very happy to recommend their services.

We engaged A Star Furnishing to replace our termite infested kitchen cabinet into their aluminium cabinets which are not only termite free , water and fire resistant , but also have the warm feel and look of wooden cabinets . I was searching for 'safe' kitchen cabinet carpentry online as I am allergic to glue smell that usually associated wood cabinets. I came across A Star Furnishing and decided to contact them to find out more about their cabinets being 'formaldehyde free' claim. I was assigned to Jeremy Chin who contacted me immediately and invited me to their showroom so he can show me the actual cabinet sample and materials. Jeremy was meticulous to ask about my requirements, he was very patient and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. He offered many helpful and honest recommendations as he knew I did not engage an ID for my renovation. I told Jeremy that I was on a very tight timeline to finish my renovation in 1 month as I had to move out and stay in hotel which was very expensive. I am glad that he did not make a grand commitment in order to close the order (as many sales persons tend to over-commit but fail to deliver) but Jeremy committed that he will try his best to ensure my kitchen cabinets be completed and installed in 3 weeks once I confirmed the design and materials. During my 1 month reno, there were some last minute delays/hiccups from my electrical and plumbing contractors which affected the kitchen cabinet installation, but Jeremy certainly went the extra mile to coordinate with his team to accommodate into the last minute change of schedule. I am very thankful for his responsiveness and extra efforts to even help resolved electrical issue such as getting his team to help shift position of power socket and connecting the kitchen/vanity sinks. Despite my concern that due to the unexpected delays and issues, I may have to pay extra charges but Jeremy was very kind to suggest some flexible adjustments and at the end everything worked within the initial quoted price. I am blessed to have Jeremy worked on my kitchen cabinet project and he not only fulfilled his commitment to have my kitchen installed in 3 weeks but I am impressed by him going the extra mile to ensure I was able to move back home within a month - able to use the new kitchen and vanity sink. My new kitchen and vanity set have received much compliments from folks who visited my home. Thank you Jeremy!

Excellent service and workmanship from A Star Furnishing. The team is really good! The company is very responsive, responsible and trustworthy. Our kitchen was completed in late May 2022 and after using for nearly 2 months, I must say, it’s really good! Had been wanting to do up my kitchen but faced with some issues that other contractors couldn’t solve satisfactorily. I was going to give up when I chanced upon A Star and made an Enquiry. I was pleasantly surprised that they could easily solve my kitchen issues! The cabinets were also made of aluminum and doesn’t rot or corrode when wet. It’s naturally termite or insect proof since it’s metal. Plus it doesn’t have a bad chemical or paint smell after installation which would be bad for health. The design is also very modern and frankly it looks like high class wooden cabinetry but even better! The doors and drawers also have soft closing which doesn’t end with a bang. Wendy who handled my project was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and puts the customer’s needs forefront. She helps to consider our standpoint for the best result. She also gives us good suggestions and doesn’t just push products for added sales. Very genuine service. She also coordinated the project very smoothly. From measurement, hacking works, to installation and electrical or plumping, everything was well coordinated by Wendy and made everything such a breeze! Mr Zeng who did our measurement and oversaw the whole project on the technical side was very professional and accurate. His skill is excellent, so our installation went smoothly without any fitting issues. He also actively helped to resolve any technical issues and provided the best service to ensure the end result was near perfection for us. He also helps customers consider from their standpoint and also helps customer think of best way to resolve issues. I would recommend Mr Zeng’s professional skill to anybody who wants a kitchen makeover! Next, the installation team was very skilled and provided great service too. Mr Kwang who’s the head installer was exceptionally skillful and accurate in his installation so it was smoothly done and well aligned. His assistant Mr Kane was also very friendly and helpful. He also did the fittings well and made the project a good experience for us. The team was also clean and efficient. Including the electrician other staffs. They mostly came on time and were very responsible in their work. Even working late into the night to try and complete their tasks. They even skipped dinner to complete the job! Very commendable. If there’s any issue, Wendy quickly coordinated with the team and the issues were quickly resolved. It really gave us the trust and peace of mind to use their service or recommend them to friends & family. On the whole A Star Furnishing did the job really well. They solved our kitchen issues wonderfully, gave great service and really reasonably priced for the quality and product! They also have engaged the best partners to achieve best result. Was really happy with the Sale's guy "Mr. Jeremy". Price very reasonable and moreover I like his services and respond. Even my wardrobe, I had let them handle it. Although some hick-up but they really do their part and I'm really happy with it. If you're looking for Aluminium cabinets, my advise is really good. Compare to wooden cabinet, it's more lasting, much easier to maintain. Last but not the least no termites.

I am a single mum with limited resources and mobility. My kitchen used to go without a cabinet which substitute with a folding table. After considering for quite a long time, I decided to purchase a custom-made kitchen cabinet. While browsing at the website, I came across A Star Furnishing Pte Ltd unintentionally. This company supply cabinet which made of aluminium alloy. I was wondering is it reliable to fabricate cabinet with aluminium? Not to mention of its high cost. I called their office out of curiosity and was served by a Sales Representative named Jeremy. Jeremy invited me to their showroom which I stated that my budget may not meet up with furniture that are too expensive. He said that it is alright, and I made an appointment to visit their showroom. I gained some knowledge about the manufacture procedure of aluminium furniture, with its uniqueness in water and fire proof, anti-termite and formaldehyde-free, very solid and aesthetic at the same time. I provided the measurement of my kitchen and got a quotation from Jeremy. I felt that it is worth to purchase an aluminium bottom cabinet, notwithstanding that the price is a bit high. I asked for instalment and the boss of A Star agreed with it. Jeremy informed me about the date for measurement. Which the Manager, Mr. Zeng came and perform it. While I was waiting for the preliminary drawing, Jeremy told me that he got a meeting with Mr. Zeng and his boss, they offered to supply and install the cabinet for free! I was so happy and surprised which I kept on asking Jeremy, is this real? As I noticed that the cost of kitchen cabinet is not cheap. Jeremy invited me to participate in a filming of a video clip which will be uploaded at A Star website. I agreed immediately. This was the first time that I purchase a kitchen cabinet, am surprised that I had got a free of charge offer from A Star. Many thanks to Jeremy, Mr. Zeng, the carpenters, installers and the Boss of A Star. They helped me in the midst of my limited resources and mobility.

Would suggest that when it comes to 3 D drawing, confirm the number of shelves needed inside as well. I must say I really loved my aluminum kitchen cabinets - they can withstand heavy load, is durable, hardy and most importantly - easy to clean! We were researching online for aluminum kitchen cabinets when we came across A Star Furnishing. They are only 1 of a few companies in Singapore specializing in customized aluminum kitchen cabinets. We made a last minute appointment to visit their showroom and were served by Mr. Wong Jiayi. Jiayi is professional, patient and helpful - he took time to answer all our questions, showed us the type of designs available and was not pushy with us to close the deal immediately even though it was already after his office hours. It is the right decision for us to finally decided to engage A Star to design/install our kitchen cabinets and additional 2 pole-system wardrobes for the bedrooms. Jiayi listened to our ideas & incorporated it into the designs. We encountered a few kinks during installation and he responded immediately, came onsite to rectify the problems for us. Even when we informed him about a couple of minor issues almost 9 months after they handover, he responded to us promptly and arranged for installers to come fix the problems. All in all, you can trust A Star Furnishing to design & install your kitchen cabinets. I have a good experience working with Jiayi and his installer - Mr Hiew. Highly recommended.

We were looking to renovate our kitchen when we chance upon A Star who offers aluminium cabinets which is exactly what we were liking for. So we decided to check out the company and were served by Mr Jia Yi. He introduced the products to us and was also very patient to answer each of our queries. After much discussions, we decided to give A Star the job to renovate our kitchen. Jia Yi is a very responsible salesman who also personally drafted the drawing for our cabinets. During renovation, he would always ensure that he is at site to see that things are smooth going. In fact, he was also kind enough to get his men to help install other furniture out of the job scope. Upon completion of the job, he would also personally come down to site to see that all is installed properly. I am most impressed that he took the initiative to have one of the door changed due to a surface defect. We found a small paint scratch on the metal door which we did not mention to them but when they found out, they offered to change the entire door for us! Jiayi, the designer was also very dedicated to his job. He would come round to my house to check if things were OK and many times way after office hours, even though I know he lives in the other end of Singapore. Just a piece of advice, do go with their electrician if you are getting new plugs done for your kitchen.
