We chanced upon Absolute while shopping nearby, and it turned out to be the best decision in the day ever. Alvin attended to us in a professional yet pleasant manner. He provided us with excellent product knowledge from his industry insights, helping us compare mattresses across different brands and price ranges, selecting the one suitable to our needs. The best part in our experiences is he did not try to upsell us mattresses that are beyond our budget (but are not suitable to our sleeping needs!), and we really appreciate that. Alvin also had a great sense of humour, helping us feel at ease -- very important when we were shopping for such a high-value item. We look forward to receiving the product in 3 weeks' time.
