Really pleased with their service and quality! William was super prompt in his replies, no hard selling, and even bothered to take the measurements at my place to ensure I had the right dimensions. He managed to slot in my delivery in 2 days! Installation by Eric was super quick, within 10-15 mins it was done. He even helped me to re-install a shelf I had installed myself wrongly (I bought those racks from another source - bad choice). Really recommend them! Super friendly and fast.

Highly recommend the Fast and reliable service provided by William. Texted him middle of the night, responded also immediately. Set an appointment for the following day to double confirm the sizing and recommendations such as leaving an area out for lugguage space etc. Had the installation the following week which was very fast and efficient. Installation time given at 1030-1100, they arrived at 1000 installation only took 15 mins. No mess left behind, installation done perfectly. Great quality build of the racking. We first came across this seller on carousell. William reached out to us and offered to come for an on-site measurement. He was very friendly and approachable! He kindly explained to us the rack quality that they offer and the measurement that would fit our super small storeroom. We also did our research and found other vendors on Carousell with very competitive pricing of the same size that we wanted. We asked other vendors but no one would come down for an on-site measurement and was told that it would incurred a delivery charge should the sizing that we want doesn’t fit. The quality of the rack from AsC was better than others, as others are of China quality. The installation was very fast and fuss-free. Overall, I would rate them a five star as William delivered an excellent service!
