I purchased a split King FUN adjustable base with Luft mattress from Beddo for my parents who were complaining about their sleepless nights on their existing bed because of the pressure and pain they were suffering from. We were attended to by James, who was extremely patient and customer oriented. He explained the product very well in how to use it as well as the benefits it could bring and he was also very considerate in our needs instead of trying to upsell us. The genuine care that he demonstrated made us decide to purchase the bed on the spot. James also went out of his way to help us advance our order as my parents needed the bed urgently and he personally came during the deliver to ensure the set up was proper and to teach my parents the correct way to operate the beds. After using the bed for a few weeks, my parents are very satisfied with the bed and have been able to have a comfortable rest every night. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an adjustable bed to consider Beddo as the quality is great and the sales support is exemplary.
