I recently bought a beautiful rustic Indian sideboard from Celson, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the exceptional service I received from Sonam. She was incredibly accommodating, offering valuable professional advice that made the decision to buy the sideboard easy. Several months later (about 7 months), I discovered sand borers in the sideboard, which made me quite anxious. I contacted Sonam, who quickly assessed the situation by sharing pictures and videos with her team. They promptly came to remove the infested cabinet and provided me with a temporary piece while they crafted an entirely new sideboard for me. The level of after-sales service and the swift resolution of the issue left me incredibly relieved and grateful. I highly recommend Celson for their quality products and outstanding customer care. Thank you, Sonam, for making this experience stress-free!

I recently customized my Indian Altar from Celson. Altar is a piece that has to align to each ones sensibilities , be able to stand the test of time and evoke an emotion when we go it daily. We were pleasantly surprised how Sonam and team Celson managed everything smoothly. I wanted adequate storage , right amount of nails and lighting to be able to get the best altar experience at home . She did it all in her calm style without any stress , met all the timelines perfectly . The piece was delivered to us on time and delivery boys were also very well mannered. I had a great experience. I always wanted Bone Inlay furniture. Celson, the owner, was super responsive. I would send messages outside of business hours and she would usually respond straight away. The quality was so nice. I meant to order one piece and ended up buying 7. The other pieces I just bought from a photo on whatsapp as the quality was so good. I would definitely shop here again.

Lovely furniture and great customer service! I’ve ordered 2 pieces of furniture from them so far, one was a pre-order and one was from their existing stock. For the pre-order, they were very proactive in sending progress pictures and keeping us posted on delays (due to covid) that were beyond their control. They were also very helpful in promptly fixing any issues we might have had with the furniture. Highly recommend!
