Although we had to wait a couple of months for our sofa, it was worth the wait as the quality of the sofa is good! Pricing is also very reasonable. We are also very pleased with the after sales service provided by sales staff Rafael. We brought up the issue of the power cord being too short (as our sofa is an electric recliner) when we received our sofa and he made arrangements for it to be replaced immediately! We are very pleased with our recent purchase of the Echo Wooden 3-seater Sofa. Its Zen design of elegance and simplicity fits well with our interior design decor. The back cushions are soft and comfortable while the base cushions are firm and supportive. Moreover, the cushion covers are easily removable for laundering. Delivery of product was smooth and efficient. All in all we are more than satisfied with the product quality and design.

Bought this customised dining table and chairs. Transaction was easy. There were a variety of designs to choose from. Comfy was very accommodating with the delivery date since we had some renovations going on. However, the table delivered was not the original colour we requested for. Yet, it has proven to be a beautiful mistake as the grey stone actually fits in more with our house concept than the green one. We really love the colour and how it complements our living room. All in all, it was a smooth deal.

This year, I visited the Comfy store at the Sin Ming branch and was delighted to find Kent there to assist me once again. Even after my purchase, he ensured I received additional items I needed—just from a picture I sent—without requiring another visit to the store. We came across Comfy over the Instagram ads and caught our attention with the prices and their wide varieties of choices on their website. We made our way to their showroom at Sembawang. We were approached by a friendly lady staff, Jasmine. Since we had made our choice by browsing online, the decision made was fast. She explained patiently about the different materials for the chairs. Very very helpful for me. Before the delivery, Comfy would WhatsApp the important information; time and date. The driver would personally call and inform us on the day itself. The experience with Comfy is pleasant and efficient. From the sales executive to the delivery operations. In any case we need furniture, definitely going back there again. Thank you.

There have been updates: Do visit Comfy Sofa for firsthand experience. "Overall, pleasant experience buying from them. Ordered almost 10 months back and they did deliver as expected. Came across Kent who was friendly and not pushy in their selling. Compared to other furniture shops, the prices and quality is about same, if not slightly better in their deals. Delivery of actual furniture was smooth and on time. Assembly was professionally done, the service installer guys were courteous also. What was tested in their showroom was the same as what was delivered indeed (better since it's new)." 2025 update*: The leather started surface peeling! even though I had applied those leather oil/ moisturizer (Leather Honey). My previous Italian leather sofa lasted even 10 years with no peeling on the surface. Upon closer look, the leather is those cheap/ inferior kind indeed (now bit skeptical on the leather itself). I guess, some things are too good to be true - at that price point. Sad thing is, it's not covered under the warranty. I won't recommend their leather range in this case. Will post updated photos soon again. *NOTE THERE IS AN UPDATE after this below 2025 Q2 (May) update: Comfy reached out to me and rectified the defects. The sofa looks as good as new. This time, it felt more plush and got this leather scent that is normal it leather products. It looked the same, but there this subtle difference of feel of better quality also. Though there were some minor hiccups during the collection (movers issue which am not expounding here), my wife and I were please overall. To be fair, this is my take itemized criteria: Service, Front sales person: 4/5 Delivery, Order processing: 4/5 Sofa: only time will tell (to be updated a year later, again) Table: 5/5 (looks good, well-built, aesthetically also holds up in time) Chairs: 5/5 looks good, well-built, aesthetically also holds up in time so far)

My husband shortlisted Comfy to view potential sofas because he was attracted to the motorised recliner feature. When we went to the shop to view the sofas, I was so pleased that everything was fully customisable. With the affordable price tag, we really did not need to look any further and made our choice quickly. We chose the Dante L-Shaped Motorised Recliner Sofa in Full Leather in the colour “Mocha”. We paired it with gold legs to match the other accents in our home and I must say that it definitely elevates the look of the sofa. We especially love the distressed look of the leather. The seats are so comfortable and the motorised recliner (and USB port) is a big plus point. It is totally a statement piece of furniture and looks amazing in our home. We have definitely gotten lots of compliments on it and the photos just doesn’t do it any justice. Anyway, highly recommended!

We tried out the different sofa at the showroom where no one rushed us and decided to get Roslyn. We got a beautiful piece of recliner sofa. Good support on back and seat. Beautiful color and sturdy structure. The arm rest is slimmer but curved so you can lie across the sofa too. I was lucky as Roslyn was in stock and happened to have it in brown. Delivery was fast and installation well executed. Now every time I walked past the living room, I will pause to admire a piece of beautiful furniture. Gonna give a shoutout to Kent who served my wife and I when we visited on 09/04. Kent was very approachable, all smiley, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, not pushy about sales. He gave his opinion about the sofas that we were looking for and left us be to discuss while he tended to other customers. That made us very comfortable and at ease while in the showroom. We did not make a purchase immediately even after we decided on the design as we wanted to have a discussion with our ID on the material and color. I sent a couple of messages to Kent over the week to make further enquiries about the sofa (Irene Electric Recliner) and he promptly replied without being pushy. He also updated me regarding the price increase and helped me save some money by retaining the pre-increase price. We ultimately made our purchase with him as we were happy with his service and the quality of the sofa offered by Comfy. Overall, we highly recommend those who are looking for sofa (or furniture) to go take a look at Comfy. Good brand, friendly and professional sales representative.

They have a wide range of electirc recliner sofas, which are customisable in terms of length and material. The prices are reasonable and the quality isn't bad. Delivery took about 3-4 months. I had an issue with one of the headrests not working a few hours after delivery. They were quite quick to respond and sent someone down the next day. Thankfully, it was not a big problem as one of the wires had come loose during the delivery process. They assure me that they have not had problems with the electrical mechanism. I'm happy with the Heidi Electric Recliner sofa as it is comfortable and supportive at the same time. Special mention also must be made of their sales staff, Teddy Yew, for his impeccable assistance before and after I had ordered the sofa.

Great purchase experience of 2 armchair sofas with Comfy Sofa. Purchase process was excellent thanks to Kent who provided us with great recommendations including the right height for optimal ergonomics and selecting the best leather quality. Paid 50% downpayment and the balance just 2 days before delivery, waiting time was around 4 months for my sofas. Coordination of the delivery was done by Icere who did an excellent job with prompt updates. Delivery and installation were done professionally and the delivery personnel called to inform us that they were on the way. Bought at Gambas showroom and staff was friendly and helpful. Bought a 2.5 seater recliner sofa and was delivered a week later due to container late. The sofa is not as soft as in the showroom. Might need to use it for a while….maybe 😂. The control on the left side is different from the right side. It is just the buttons are not the same position between the left and right side. Did not complain as it is something I can manage. Delivery guys were superb as they delivered it timely and also allowed me to clean the floor after removing my old sofa.
