Visited Ecozy and had a brilliant experience there with my partner!! We were served by Fang and Cindy the moment we entered through the doors. As we are first time homebuyers, we do not have any experience with shopping for beds and mattresses. Hence, we were thinking to just “try try”. However, both of them were kind enough to share lots of mattress knowledge with us - from asking us to test the bed type (soft - hard) to sharing the material of the bed and how each person’s body frame may suit different mattress type etc. Such information were really helpful for us and helped us to make an immediate decision without hesitation as the mattresses there were really top quality. I like that we could also customise the bed frame to our liking with the different materials and type available. Sam also advised us on our sleeping posture and the type of pillows that would suit us. Honestly this is something so underrated as most salespersons out there just want to close the deal, but with ECozy, the shopping experience was very different and top-notch. There are many selection for other furnitures as well; such as sofa, dining sets and wardrobes. Love that it is a one-stop and many of the furniture there are customisable and hence this ensures that you will be getting the ONE AND ONLY piece! I will definitely be returning back to ECozy for rest of my furnitures. Thank you Sam, Fang and Cindy for the introduction and genuine hospitality even prior to our purchase!!
