Visited the showroom today, even though I did not buy a chair yet (as I am still deciding on either the Supreme of Vesby) But I was served by Gabriel and he was very detailed in providing explanations and catered to my body posture needs for both chairs. Despite me still deciding on what chair I should get, I recommend going down to try as the service provided by Gabriel was exceptional.

Bought a home office chair from Ergotune almost 2 years ago. The back support broke off and I email to the customer service with photos. Within same day - the customer service responded, verified my issues and ordered the replacement backrest which came in 2 weeks. Instructions on how to replace the parts were clear and the entire backrest was replaced easily. The chair is back to good working condition. Ergotune had lived up to their commitment and promise on aftersales support and they did it with a 5-star !!! I have 3 Ergotune chairs now since the 1st one I bought 2 years ago. Bought V2 supreme which said can fit user 150cm tall. I’m 157cm but even I make it lowest my feet are still of the ground and had to buy a foot rest - not great. Hope the V3 Small improves on this as I see it comes with 3 sizes. Otherwise quite comfortable and love the various adjustable parts.

Update: Ergotune’s personnel followed up with me and arranged for a delivery of the screw set. Received the screws today and finally put together the chair that had been lying in my living room for two days. Chair is comfortable and sturdy. Even though the whole delivery process was not the most satisfactory, the chair itself is a good product. I received the delivery of the Joobie chair and started taking out the parts for self assembly. However, I couldn’t find any screws/screw set that was supposed to be in the gas lift box. Now I have different parts of the chair sitting on the floor of my living room. When I tried to call the number given in the email, I couldn’t get through. Finally managed to get someone to reply me over email but now I got to wait 1-2 days before I get a reply from the relevant department. Is there any way to expedite this? All I need is the delivery of the screw set then I can finally give the chair a fair verdict. Order no.: #ET63208

Went to the showroom, Staff is helpful with information. Tried the chairs is cooling for the back and spacious for big person like me.. 178 in height and 108kg. Got the $599 Version of chair because of the head rest and arm rest. Update: I ended up getting 2 chairs from them. We called to ensure that the product is instock and available for delivery and ergotune said yes the pink colour chairs are available for immediate delivery and told us to wait for sms from them to firm up the delivery date. But there was no update. So when I called again to find out what is going on, they change their story to say that the chairs are not available and we have to wait for the stocks to come in. @Ergotune so before your customers pay, everything is OK and have stocks but after your customers pay you the money, you can change your story and then no updates and we have to call you to find an answer just to know that suddenly you do not have stocks? Purchase at your own risk. You got to wait 1month or more to have your goods delivered after paying $1.2k and not be informed or have any follow ups. There is no transparency in their business. They are only interested in selling, collecting money first and talk later about their delivery of goods. Buy at your own risk. This will be by first and last purchase.

Wo0o0 finally received this chair that I've been wanting to sit on. It didn't disappoint me, really good to sit and supports my back which hurts easily. Easily fixed and the instruction manual given was clear. Mum fought with me to possess this chair. In the end, I won. Visited Ergotune showroom and was served by Cherline. Basically this showroom only has ergotune office chairs and everdesk. Cherline is very patient to walk us through introducing the office chairs and desks. What I like about the chair is it’s mesh and desk is adjustable. Suitable for children height too. Overall experience is good with good coverage of warranty.

I forgot to take the staff's name but the female staff when I visited was super helpful. Bought ergotune classic may2021. After a year, found the support foam cracked, contacted ergotune support but we didn't follow up. Followed up last week and provided batch# and stuff, no question asked, new based was delivered today and self install was a breeze. Great After sales support i would say. i bought an office chair as a birthday present for my friend and she loves it! I spoke to this lady salesperson called Jessica and she was very patient in explaining the functions of the chair, which was the deciding factor in my purchase. The good thing about the chair is that it is adjustable to suit different height and comfort in the lumbar. 100/100 would recommend visiting the showroom to try out their chairs and their wonderful customer service.

Had a hard time fixing the armrest only to realise the washers provided did not sit all the way in. For the amount I paid, I would expect the quality control to be better. To remedy this, I simply disregarded the washer although it might damage the chair in the long run. Other than that, I feel the chair is of good quality and really comfortable. Moving forward, I hope that ErgoTune will continue to improve on their QC.

Went to ErgoTune shop to try out the difference between Classic and Supreme. Served by Justin who provided a good demo of the chairs and guide me and my wife on how to setup the chair properly to get a good feel of the chair. Bought the Supreme model because of the 5D handrest. Setup is easy enough by following the online video. The chair enables me to maintain good posture and is comfortable and supportive. Recommended for people looking for a quality chair at reasonable price.
