I heard about the "Second Charm" store through a friend. I went by and ordered a set of teak dining table chairs as well as a matching bench. The items arrived a earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. While we haven't had them for very long (only used them for a few days so far) they look absolutely amazing - and very comfortable. We are super happy with our purchase and would definitely order from them again

Responsive and relatively fuss free to buy from Second Charm. Good customer service. There’s a little wait for the stuff, but worth it. Bought countertop stools and it looks gorgeous

I'm at a loss for words at how horrible Second Charm's customer service is, there's zero proactiveness in their communication. I hate to write such a negative review but I feel I need to warn others about this company, lest they encounter the same problems we did. Potential buyers, beware. Below is the latest email that I wrote to them on 10th March 2022: Hi Second Charm, It is terribly disappointing that we have to keep chasing for feedback, when it should be the retailer taking the initiative to provide updates - especially when there's a delay in the delivery. In our first chase, Second Charm informed us that there would be a delay, and it was forecasted that we will receive our chairs at the end of Feb. We are approaching mid-March now, and we've not received any updates from Second Charm. This is despite us sending an enquiry last week. It's been 15 weeks since we made our purchase. I'm not sure why the customer service is so poor these days (it's apparent on Second Charm's Google Reviews page), but we sincerely hope Second Charm's senior management will take prompt action to improve this.

Ordered the Molly Stool in black, very happy with the purchase and now trying to find ways to style it. Mine took about 6-8 weeks lead time which is expected because of the current supply chain disruptions. It was stated in my confirmation email as well. Also WhatsApp the staff and they promptly answered my enquiries.

The selection of furniture here is fantastic but service leaves much to be desired. No one came to ask if my group of three needed assistance. Didn't even get up from the beautiful chairs they were sitting in lol. We all collectively agreed that if they had bothered to try selling us something, we would've spent a lot more money haha. Don't make the same mistake I did, I bought a rattan basket and got quoted $35 for it, but when I got home, I found a sticker on the underside of the lid that read $20. Might be an old price, might not be an old price, but check your items properly!

Mdm Sharifah, Khad (2 of them!), Mur, Omar, and all the staff at second charm are absolute darlings. They're attentive to all your needs, and honest about their limitations. They work very hard to make your furniture work. In turn, their works are always of impeccable standards. Kudos to what they've started, and I hope they continue with their professionalism and work ethic.

You can find many good and unique furniture here, some are antique looking. They accept.made to order furniture too. The boss and staffs are friendly and responsible to ensure your made to order furniture suits your liking.

Curio-style furniture shop where you can look for customised or restored furnishing. They have a lot of midcentury modern items and are adding colonial furniture (i.e rattan) to their collection. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Highly worth visiting when you are shopping for furniture.
