We got a sofa from Zinus. It was quite easy to assemble. We had a bit of issues with the sofa, but the after-sales service from Zinus was very prompt. Very assuring seller!

The sales manager explains very carefully all his recommendations and warns us about possibilities of misfit of mattress into bed frame. He also let us comfortabley choose the bed according to our budget. We are happy that he makes sure we make the right decision. He also allowed us to lie on the bed to try out the softness or hardness, so that we know exactly which is the bed we really want. We will definitely come back for repeat purchase. In fact we were recommended to come here by my brother.

Heard about this brand in USA, has great reviews there and one of the bestselling. So I bought their mattress topper, was really good and comfortable. Loved it so much that I bought a spring mattress with foam topping from Zinus. It is super comfortable and good quality too. I would say even better than other mainstream Brands like king koil, four stars etc that cost so much more. Highly recommended.

Good buy, we brought the 8inch memory form mattress. Salesman are great. They know very well of their product and advise us which to buy. Never hard sell! This is what we want.

Nickson was the staff that served my wife and I. He is patient and allowed us to try almost all the mattresses available. And doesn’t pressure us to go for the expensive ones but instead ask us to try and ask what type we like then let us know the price which is luckily within our budget. (Good thing is their mattresses here really is at a price that is affordable for any budgets. From $300+ for queens to $1k.) Very good for couples on a budget! He shows us examples of different type of mattresses and understands the company really well. Do look for Nickson (Cool uncle with long grey hair.)

Came by to have a look at the Zinus showroom as I needed a replacement mattress as the 2nd mattress in the box brand isn't working out. Comprehensive showroom with all the different mattresses on display and I could just try out whatever that suits me (side sleeper with a lot of comfort issues). Rep running the showroom is nice and informative. Got something I think that will work for me for the next few years.
