Discovered this furniture store online and visited the Kallang showroom to explore their offerings. Despite the desired item being unavailable, Jimmy, a helpful staff member, recommended a sintered stone table with wooden legs. Although there were some delivery delays, the table beautifully complements our home.

Was looking to get modular kitchen cabinets at short notice, and at a reasonable price point. Living Solutions met both requirements, and provided good service - Jimmy gave good advice at point of ordering about modifications to the cabinets (to accommodate piping, increase height etc.), and Irene updated me regularly on delivery. The add-on cutting service was also superb; the cabinet doors arrived a little misaligned and they fixed it for me at no additional charge.

Saw the dining table on their website. Went to showroom at Kallang Place. Was served by Jimmy who was knowledgeable. The actual piece was not at the showroom. The sintered table was on display. Took a leap of faith and bought the table from the catalogue. Jimmy offered to stain the table’s legs the same colour as the chairs. The table was done correctly. The sintered table top was white in the showroom. Came as a light grey which was pretty. The delivery guys were responsive and knowledgeable. Replaced one chair with some roughness with no questions. Good experience overall. A few months later, bought a coffee table online from them. Came within the stated delivery time timeframe.

TLDR; Bought King Size mattress with storage bed. Great mattress range and solid service. Visited the showroom, was attended by Jimmy. As its our first ever purchase for mattress, we tried the large range of mattress available and he is very patient and informative of the different options for bed, mattress, headboard and bed upholstery. After the visit, Roy has very prompt in following up on our questions on different upholstery options. Delivery was prompted and very grateful that Irene has helped to coordinate our request timing. She also helped arrange the diposal of previous mattress & our double-decker bed. Topped up for mattress protector for the bed too.

After working with a few IDs and contractors in 2022 for minor renovations in my house, I was very wary about punctuality, meeting deadlines and quality work. Irene at Living Solutions is mature, independent, reliable and proactive. I did not have time or energy to haggle so I told her I trusted her to do what she needed to do and I would do what I needed to do. She took measurements, worked within my brief, drew drafts and worked with me for approval. I paid her deposits and we left each other to do our own work. When it was time for the kitchen to be hacked, and for the stainless steel cabinets and plumbing to be done, the planning was efficient. Everything was completed over 4 days. On the first day, the team who came in to do the hacking was punctual, polite, neat and hardworking. I made friends with the workers and learned a little about their families back home. I also met the installation and plumbing team, who was made up of Daniel and Jackson. As soon as Daniel spoke to me, I knew I was not dealing with a regular contractor. He spoke very good English, presented himself very well with old-school manners, and explained clearly how the work was to be carried out. The hacking and retiling was completed on the second day. On the third day, when Daniel and Jackson arrived to install the cabinets and work on the plumbing, it then became clear to me that both of them were indeed not your regular contractors or plumbers. I learned they are professional mechanical engineers who not only possessed corporate etiquette but hands on skills. They worked as a team, and by the fourth day, they brought along another colleague Monir, who was a talented, responsible and articulate engineer and electrician. It was on this day that I learned their professional experience is really in installing machinery in the oil and gas industry. When I was told Monir worked with Daniel and Jackson for close to 30 years, it proves only 1 thing: The Lord blesses good employers with faithful employees. The quality of the stainless-steel product is excellent. The workmanship is lovely. I had opted for the premium range of material and I do not see how it differs from its competitors' 'made in Japan' versions. What I had paid is very reasonable. Irene and her contractors, together with Daniel and Jackson's team, are not only professional. They are trustworthy, responsible and responsive. I enjoyed working alongside the teams, particularly with Daniel, Jackson and Monir. They taught me how to change sockets, and also changed my shower sets and performed some DIY work at a very reasonable cost. I am very grateful. My family and I now have a very comfortable kitchen we've longed for. I strongly recommend Irene for any form of home renovation work.

I follow my daughter to the kallang showroom n met up with Irene, she is patient and gave advise on area that concern the cabinet, and helpful in explaining us the difference. She is not pushy as what other reviewer said. My daughter told her about her tight constraint on price, she try to fit into her requirements. Total discuss till finalised also take up 3 weeks but irene is still very patience. I personally recommend those who is looking into stainless steel cabinet, living solution can solve your problem. Recommended. Thump up.

Went to the outlet at the furniture mall to purchase a sofa. My family love the sofa except for 1 thing. The color didnt came as expected. The following is just a note when buying a sofa, if possible take a piece of sample and have it seen under your home lighting. The following is our experience. The color code is chosen correctly but what we see from the showroom and when the sofa is in our living room lighting ends up differing quite alot. In the showroom it looks darker and brown and we did brought the catalog out to the sun and it still looks darker brown as shown in the attachment, but when in our living room lighting, it ends up greyish. The staff are nice to twice come down and verify that the color code chosen was correct.

Got our bed 5 year ago and the bedframe few screw get away. Call up Living Solutions to check and fit it for me at sgd40. After service is 👍 after 5year purchase, they still willing to assist and handle the case. Thank you Irene!
