Review of Loft Home Dining Set I recently purchased a dining table and chair set from Loft Home and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Loft Home has the widest range of home furniture I've seen, so I was able to find the perfect set to match my style. Delivery was punctual and arrived right on schedule. The sintered stone table surface is amazing - it's cool to the touch and incredibly durable. Even my cats have made themselves at home on it! The bench chairs perfectly complement the table and provide ample seating. We can now comfortably fit 10 people for dinner, which is perfect for hosting large gatherings. I also want to give a special shout-out to Felicia for her excellent customer service. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, from order to delivery. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Loft Home. The quality of the furniture, the on-time delivery, and the outstanding customer service have exceeded my expectations. I had good experience with Billy who provided recommendations based on my size constraint and table preference. He also provided assurance that the chairs can be tucked under the table so I did not have to worry about that. Prices were affordable. The quality was good on delivery. The table, chairs and bench were not rocky. The delivery man told me he dripped a drop of sweat on the chair, but I was able to wipe it away without any stain. Thanks for the awesome table! Bought the 1.4m FLOAT on Dec 2023, delivered early January. I love the grains on the solid wood and the acrylic legs are clear and transparent, which really makes it look like the table is floating! Perfect for a minimalist home. We were able to shop comfortably at our own pace without any pressure from the staff, and eventually decided on some dining chairs and a rocking chair which we customized to our desired material and color. Delivery took a while but prompt customer service response. We bought our furniture from lazada, delivery fee $50 was paid directly to the delivery/assembly team. Overally quite satisfied with their furniture, we bought a dining table and coffee table, both gold legs and oriental marble. HOWEVER, do note that the gold for the table legs are more like brushed metal gold, not really reflective chrome like the coffee table, so the look doesn't really match.

Purchase experience was great. Sought assistance and gotten immediate reply from the staff via watsapp upon online purchase. Th follow up and delivery were great and smooth too. However, what disappoint me is they advertised as honest price but the price was not stated clearly it was before GST until u proceed to pay. Secondly, the table leg design we chose was totally not suitable for 140cm short table top. The leg is too big and the chairs cannot push in and 4 persons should sit at the edge of the table. This leg design shouldn't allow customers to choose smaller table top since the leg size is one big size.

Thrilled to receive numerous items from Loft Home so far. Though the delivery took on average 6 weeks from the date of order, the wait was definitely worth it. My resin rabbit planter and table arrived yesterday. The rabbit is such a lovely piece of decoration to fill up the empty space and the table is just the right size for my in-home banquette. Lots of customizable table wood top options for you to choose from, the size and thickness of the table tops are customizable too. I also purchased the Metal Man Chairs earlier on in the year -- they fit right in to complete the banquette. They're comfortable to sit on. I chose the grey fabric for the customizable seats. However, they look good and sturdy, barring some rough finish at a few parts. Would consider purchasing from Loft Home again.
