For leather sofa, I had bought other brands before but I find Lorenzo sofas are the best. Their sofas are very durable and good workmanship. This was my 3rd purchase from them over 20yrs. Ray is very knowledgeable and approachable. It took me days to decide on the sofa and the leather colour but Ray was still very patience. Even after my purchase, Ray was still as friendly as before when I had to reschedule the delivery date a few times. This is the after-sales customer service I like. I’m also very impressed with their delivery team. They arrived on time and moved in my new sofas into my house in no time. Thanks to Lorenzo for making me a happy customer always.

Today selected a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa from sims ave branch. Sales executive Mr Alvin is very friendly and helpful with advice. Overall service is very comfortable.
