Fast installation with great products! The delivery guys were fantastic and friendly. Eric from sales was also very helpful from the recommendation process all the way to the purchase and delivery Highly recommend purchasing from them!

Bought a custom made 2 seater recliner sofa from Maison Living for my folks. I was greeted with top graded customer service from John Cheng. He is very patient and has great product knowledge. The product is of excellent quality and super reasonably priced. It was delivered as scheduled and my parents are very pleased with it.

Visited Maison living twice to hunt for sofa sets and bed frame for our upcoming move. First visit din go that well but the 2nd was impressive. Warmly greeted by John. He was friendly, entertaining, knowledgeable and well, extremely patient and understanding to our needs. His service and commitment certainly influenced us to close the initial deal and top up with more items. Most of the items were well received, except for the sofa set which need longer time to prepare. We are offered a T-loan set while waiting for the set to arrive. The loan set was good and comfy; else mum will be sitting on the floor ;). Thanks John Looking forward for the sofa set 8 jun24 Update on the sofa delivery. The initial set fitting does not fit my mum's expectation. Gave our feedback to John and he takes great effort to make the necessary arrangements with his operation team. After 3 weeks or so, the sofa returned with a happy nod of approval from mum. Apologize, john. I dint manage to text a thank you note earlier.. So tot of updating this review to show my appreciation. Thanks, John.

Sales guy Eric is attentive and responsive. No hard sell. Delivery and installation is on time. Most importantly the sofa is good condition and comfortable. Overall a good experience and would recommend.
