J. Y.We didn’t buy anything in the end. But that was not to say the staff weren’t helpful or that the furniture wasn’t good. It just wasn’t what we were looking for. The service here was good and staff knowledgeable.

They have good selection of wooden frames in lighter colors which I also been eyeing . Not into those dark colored wooden that’s like so antic looking. Salesperson Eric attend to us at our 1st visit and he was very knowledgeable and not even pushy which makes us feel very comfortable so we came back a 2nd time to confirm our purchase. 2nd visit we were attended by Kai and he’s also knowledgeable and has the same vibe. Relaxed and not pushy. Would highly recommend this place if you want wooden furnitures in lighter colors.

J. N.We went to Namu based on reviews here. Depending on your taste, the style sits just a little left of mainstream. Nothing loud. Simple and clean. I'm big on hardiness and the products look so too. Good range of hardy bedframes & dining sets. Only 3 or 4 kinds of sofas.
We were attended by Kai, an ace staff, who read our vibe well, explained about caring for the product & its durability in detail. We bought a bunch of stuff. Hope delivery & installation will be as good as Kai's.

Kai and Eric were most helpful. They replied to our email queries very promptly and provided us with the wall anchors swiftly.
Some other furniture shops may choose to ignore our queries especially if the purchase was made years ago. Kudos to Kai and Eric for their excellent after sales service and follow up. With this in mind, we will definitely look into Namu again when we are looking to purchase household furniture in the future.

J.Great experience visiting the showroom and choosing a dining set plus bedframe from their great designs. Paid deposit using paynow which gave slight discount. Once order was shipped, delivery was arranged and they were flexible enough to add on a few smaller items to my invoice prior to the delivery.
On the day 2 personnel showed up to assemble and position the furniture in my new place, bit noisy due to furniture drills used, but it was pretty fast and then finally I transferred the remaining balance.
Very professional and highly recommended.

Q.Bought a queen sized oak wood bed from them in Aug 2018, and scheduled for delivery in Nov 2018. Also bought a small dining table, which was to be used as a study table at their 'clearance' section. Very slight defects and staff/owner was honest with what defects it had. even requested it to be re-coated with water based coating as was done well I remembered the delivery day being very smooth and professional. no delays and no mess, and even felt pads were automatically stuck to the bottom of the legs without me having to ask. I also had requested for 2 planks of ply wood to be given to be put on top of the pine wood bars of the bed, and it was given. there was that "wood smell" that lasted for 2 weeks, but it was not irritating for me. Even went back to purchase a matching bed side table. Now 7 months forward, i absolutely do not regret investing $1500 in a solid oak wood bed. it doesnt squeak when turning in bed, which was what i was worried about initially. the wood grains may not match, but it was glued well together, and so far despite the air con nights and hot days, it has not cracked. not too sure about the warranty period, but i am confident that the bed will last many years to come. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for scandinavian/japanese minimalist furniture for their homes. please have a wider range/more types of furniture in the future!

The furniture here are locally designed. They mainly deal with oak wood and some bed frames come in walnut colour as well. If you are into Japandi look, I highly recommend you coming here to take a look.
