Joseph and Stella were very informative and knowledgeable with helping us make the best selection for our new home. I’ve to point out that they were one of the more patient staff dealing with our two boys running and jumping around the them and the furniture the whole time. Personally I also appreciated that they were not pushy or hovering; they knew when to give us space to discuss our options and check in later on. We came back an hour after and decided on the sofa that was most comfortable and suitable to what our family needed - an easy decision made possible by Joseph and Stella. Quite a quick turnaround time considering that it's a custom tailored furniture and the expected delay due to Covid situation.
