I recently purchased a king-size bed, and the experience was outstanding, thanks to the excellent service provided by Tang Jun at City Square mall. From the moment I walked into the store, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, showing me a range of options that fit both my budget and style. What stood out the most was their expertise in explaining the different features of each bed, including mattress types, frame materials, and additional accessories. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. I visited 3 to 4 times before finalizing my order, and Tang Jun was incredibly patient, following up with me throughout each visit. Update on the mattress bought after 2 years of usage on Feb 2025 ********************************* I am disappointed to report that our Sealy Queen size mattress has started sagging after just 2 years of use. Our first Sealy mattress, which we purchased from Robinson Department Store, lasted 8 years before it began to sag. However, this newer mattress, bought from the Sealy boutique in City Square, is already showing signs of sagging after only 2 years, which is very disappointing. I understand that there may be a difference in manufacturing between Sealy mattresses sold at boutiques and those sold at department stores. Because of this, I’m unlikely to return to the boutique for my next Sealy mattress purchase and will consider going back to a department store for my third mattress. *********************************** Service is excellent At Sealy @City Square. Barbara is patience to explain the differences of mattresses they have. She encourages my kids to try so that they can have a feel of what suit them best. She gives care tips to maintain the mattress and pillows. She is not pushy for sale but serve with a helpful and kind attitude. We were just planing to see see look look but was happy with her service so bought a mattress in the end. I have a Sealy mattress for 8 years. Now buying for my kids.
