Really positive experience dealing with the team for our household shelter shelves. Responsive and prompt in scheduling for installation after I made the purchase on their website. Installation team was efficient and friendly and we look forward to using the shelves in the years to come.

It was such a pleasure working with the SWL team (special mentions to Chee meng) for our new warehouse racks. He was very detailed in planning around the space we had, and maximising every nook and cranny of our warehouse. The installers were very quick and experienced. From time of arrival to the time they left, the installers fixed everything in under an hour, despite the sheer number of racks we installed! Before assembly, you can also request for the specific height of the different levels. Completely modular system, and can be easily adapted for future changes. We changed the heights of some racks on our own since too. We also opted for some customisable elements, which includes a clothes hanger, which proved to be SO useful. The racks are really sturdy (2 months since we had the racks installed). Very satisfied, and highly recommended. Thank you so much! 👏

I wanted to customise a rack for my 3D printers but needed help on ordering as there are lots of parts. The sales team guided me over the phone for a good 30mins, I paid in 5mins and it was delivered in 4days exactly as what we spoke off. Assembled in perfect sizing. Did not proceed to engage with SWL for the products they offer, so I am unable to comment on the products and after-sales. However, I wish to commend their customer service. The team is very responsive and email replies are prompt. SWL provides their recommendations based on given space for storage racks, and works with their various combinations to maximize the storage space. Quotations and drawings are already included in the first few email exchanges, which is very helpful. Thanks! (Reason for not proceeding: did not prefer the galvanized metal shelves.)

Purchase a Chrome Plated Wire Shelving 120x45x210cm and it was seamless arrangement with Sim Win Liang right from confirmation of order to delivery arrangement. Assembly option was also offered when the delivery was made. Thumbs up for good service and item received!

The rack was excellent, and the installation was speedy with responsive staff explaining how to strengthen the base when I reduced by 5 level rack to 4 level.
