We have been enjoying great sleep with Sofzsleep Design pillows for several years. They’re so comfortable and lasted so long. When it was time to buy new mattresses, we decided to get Sofzsleep Grand mattress. Been sleeping on them for a month now. It’s the best mattresses we’ve had so far. Firm yet plush. Highly recommended!

Bought a trilogy mattress and design pillows for my first home. Superb mattress, different from the other mattresses out there! You spend almost half your life in bed, and having a good mattress makes all the difference in your day. Pillows are also really unique! Doesn't get too hot at night, and still fluffy! Never knew such comfort. I'm usually quite picky with cost and comfort, but I'm so glad I made this purchase. Service was great and timely as well, didn't have to wait long for delivery, and they even carried the heavy mattress up the stairs even though it wasn't planned. Fully-deserved 5 stars, would definitely recommend!

My husband and I were sleeping on our spring mattress for years till it started giving squeaking sounds. It was then we decided to buy a mattress. We googled a lot to find out the various types and we chanced upon Sofzsleep. We started asking multiple questions on their online chat. Their response was almost immediate most of the time and they were very patient. Then they referred us to their retailers to try out the mattresses and we finally bought their Grand model. We love the support it provides and my body feels a lot more relaxed the next day, not tensed anymore. Best of all, I am able to remove the covers for cleaning.

We love sofzsleep for the value it offers for good latex mattress (not a lousy one as some brands offer) We ordered starlight and slick mattresses, although unfortunately they mistook our slick order, Sofzsleep pro-actively tried to offer solutions with our comfort and preference in mind The mattress themselves, both kid and us love it for the support on the body I would say their customer service is pleasant

Updated from 1 star to 3. They called to offer apologies for the incident and goodwill discount for purchase. They said that Bukit Batok WCEGA is an office location which is not open on weekends. It is not showroom and no products are there. This was not described anywhere on their google profile on this location and opening hours are 10am-5pm, everyday Mon - Sun. Promised to update this information but as of 3 days later still no changes. I think this is a really important thing to do. ========================================= Came all the way to wcega tower location. Reached here at 1615, nobody answers the door. Nobody picks up the phone. Opening hours is 10am -5pm daily (as listed on their profile) Waste of your potential customer's time.
