I am very impressed with Carol's service when I dropped by your office at Lower Delta Road. She is very professional, helpful and efficient in adisvising me on the best options for the storage racks I planned to purchase. Found them on Google and after reading ALL the positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. Carol was so patient, as I explained to her about my storeroom situation. She gave suggestions and tips on how to optimise the small storage space that I have. She has gone beyond her job scope to help me! On the day of installation, the guy was punctual and polite. As there were many other people on site to install other stuffs, he did not show any impatience as he needed to wait for his turn to get into the space. Even though no colour selection allowed (only white), BUT I am okay with that because so many other positives outweigh the this. Thank you 😊

Received my racks . The delivery was good and prompt. The rack is in good quality and sturdy. I bought two racks to fit in to my two side of the store. The delivery man was so good he fix the rack within 20 mins. Also , thanks to serene who Was constantly contact with me and sharing with me the delivery schedule, which arrived on the stipulated time. Serene also help me when I decide to change my rack to a different size , as I find my store could accommodate a bigger size. WhatsApp is best as Carol will reply promptly and was responsive even on day of delivery and it was other staff who does the delivery. Opted for self installation as it seems easy to set up.
