I am pleased with the salesperson as he is very knowledgeable and patient to advise us on what kind of mattresses we can consider. Very honest chap, not just recommending mattresses based on pricing but what may suit us. We bought the Chiro mattress. I would highly recommend anyone who wants genuine advices to visit this mattress store.

Ada was very nice and helped me a great deal. I actually overlooked the bed frame size and I did not double checked the customer copy. So when the delivery man delivered and started assembling I realize it was my mistake.. the two delivery guy are super nice and understanding they did not present any frustration or anger towards me and especially when the afternoon was so hot. And Ada and a guy I spoke to over the phone was all kind and helpful to assist me in the whole situation. A big thank you to all and the kind lady who assisted me and recommending the bed to me when I went in before 12pm. Thank you sweet dreams furniture and especially to Ada and the two delivery nice and understanding uncles for going the extra mile to help deliver the bed by the same day.. I will definitely recommend sweet dreams furniture to anyone and people around me. Thank you sweet dreams furniture team!
