Purchased my mattress and frame with ease from salesperson Amie. She's friendly, did not hassle or promote expensive stuff and is patient with us trying the beds. Now I know why mattress boutique reviews have always been fantastic, it's people like her that makes the difference! Overall just spend less than 30 minutes here and sales is completed. A very satisfied customer!

Visited TradeHub showroom, was assisted by Jason. Spend about 2hrs with family to test & review the mattresses and placed an order for 1x queen, 1x super single including bedframe for the queen. Left the place at around 5pm, gave Jason a call and returned on the same evening to amend my order due to personal reason. He was understanding, patient and accommodating to my requirements. Recommended place to go if you are looking for mattress. Thumbs Up for the Great Service!

I would split this review into 2 parts. 1. Boutique experience 10/10 We were serviced by Jason who was patient and has deep product knowledge. We managed to secure a bed we truly love! Subsequently, we went to their boutique in the east to purchase bed frame (yeah weirdly all shops don’t carry the same products). Satisfied with the CS as well. 2. Delivery 2/10 The delivery were arranged in 2 different tranches, communicated by 2 different logistics company. As a result, it caused miscommunication and I had to reschedule both deliveries. As much as I can understand the difficulties on operational level of combining 2 deliveries into 1, I think the coordination should be done by only 1 person. It is frustrating having to wait from 10am to 6pm just for the deliveries. They can’t even tell you a shorter time frame and insist things are just like that. Similar feedbacks were heard from friends who bought from TMB! I’m so disappointed with the arrangement despite the top notch service rendered. I hope the team can streamline the delivery processes to improve customers’ experience.
