As with the other reviewers, the service here is really top notch. I'm just a beginner but the owner was more than happy to give me tips even when I initially mentioned I was looking around. Instead of recommending something expensive he recommended something suitable for me (beginner) and even shared tips on how to care and what to wear. Really appreciate it and can tell how passionate and sincere their service is. Location is a bit out of the way, but this place is too good.

Incredible service by Han. Recommended me plenty of shoes as I couldn't decide and shared very insightful knowledge on climbing shoes. Was not rushed at all during the whole process. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Walked in like a noob , and got climbing advices as well as how the climbing shoes should fit . Prior to shoes there’s a mini interview (lol) on the frequency of climbing and where so they can better select a shoe suitable for me. Thank you Mr Han and the other gentleman for the climbing advices !

Went there to try out some climbing shoes and the staff were super helpful!! They let you try any shoe, even giving their own suggestions and insight based on their climbing experience. They also made it clear there was no obligation to buy which is definitely the right way to sell climbing shoes since nothing is worse than a poor fitting shoe. Really had a good experience!!
