this gym features good quality machines and free weights. the barbell knurlings are better and sharper than the ones at serangoon north. it also features two full power racks compared to the 2 half racks at serangoon north. but the barbells and bumper plates seem to be covered in a layer of lube so its quite slippery to grip on to, making deadlifting harder for now(as of the opening day). not a big deal tho as the lube will most likely wear off in a few days/week. other than that, all the equipments are brand new and is of good quality. this gym has everything you need to hit the different muscle groups. highly recommended 👍
