I started my fitness journey with PT Kremar. He is both chill and strict at the same time, which I prefer. He helped me a lot with my form and paced me well. He is very attentive with my diet as well. He knows when to push hard and when to be lenient with trainings. PT Marcus is also good and friendly. His energy really helps to make trainings more fun. He is like a happy pill that can perk your mood up despite a long day and a hard training. Also, he provides good information regarding the routine and which muscles we aim to train for that certain session. Overall, the trainers make every session worthwhile. Highly recommended!

Marcus is a good personal trainer who is supportive, adaptable, and able to tailor workouts to individual needs and abilities. He can create varied, engaging routines that prevent workouts from becoming monotonous while challenging to push one’s limit. He is very friendly and will make sure I complete the workout in correct form especially during the last few reps when I feel like quitting.

Kemar was a great trainer, he pushed me when I needed it and immediately spotted which parts i needed to work harder and target. Kemar was also really attentive towards when I was really strained and stopped me when he spotted that i was getting too tired. Really recommend him as a trainer 👍

My first PT experience with Kemar and my training will never be the same. He knows exactly the right posture for the targeted spot to work on. An hour Training under him can feel distinct difference before and after.. usually either my legs got "jellied" or my arm feel pump. That shows how effective the Trainings were.

Kemar was my PT and he is excellent in explaining the different machines! :)
