I want to give a big shout out to my fitness coach, Chris, for his dedication and expert guidance. He’s created a personalized training schedule that mixes strength, cardio, and recovery, keeping each session challenging yet enjoyable. His meal prep advice has been invaluable, helping me fuel my body with the right nutrients and stay on track with my goals. Beyond fitness, Chris’s positivity and constant support motivate me to push through setbacks and stay consistent. His professionalism and encouragement have made a huge difference in my journey, and I’m excited to continue working with him.
Eugene is a great trainer. He is always attentive and tailor makes the workout plan to your current level. I am really enjoying working with him, definitely would recommend.
I’ve been training with Eugene for a while now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Eugene is incredibly professional, friendly, and always responsible (he will send reminders for our training every week, or even inform me in advance if there’s any change of plans). He’s been the one constantly pushing me to do my best while also accommodating my busy schedule, which I really appreciate. Even when he’s away or our schedules don’t align for the week, he ensures I’m not left without guidance, providing me with a personalized workout plan that I can follow on my own time. What truly sets Eugene apart is his attention to detail, he knows that every body is different, and he always highlights key things I need to be mindful of during my workouts. I feel supported and motivated, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated personal trainer!
Eugene has been a very patient and knowledgeable trainer since I’ve started training with him. I am 74 this year and my focus is to build strength and muscles esp lower body to avoid any falls. Eugene understands that and slowly guides me and keeps watch that I don’t injured myself during training. At the same time, he supports me in pushing myself so we see progress. Eugene makes the gym a comfortable and positive place to train in so I don’t feel self-conscious at all and enjoys my sessions there.
Chris is def one the best trainers ive ever trained with. His methods are very effective and he is able to meet my goals. Eventhough he trains me hard, his sessions are still enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!
My husband and I signed up for a package with Aldrich and it's been great! After a few months of twice weekly training, we have been seeing real gains and improvements (like less back pain). Aldrich is not just fun to workout with but he is super knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Highly recommend!

My trainer Eugene provided great guidance throughout my training sessions and additionally advised me on my diet to ensure a holistic and effective process. Even though I have just started, I believe my trainer will assist me in reaching my goals!
Eugene is very dedicated and professional, he is also knowledgeable about what he does such as isolation of muscle groups and coming up with a nutrition diet plan for us!
Phyllis is a very professional and good personal trainer. She's great at spotting when I need to fix my posture, making sure I do my exercises safely and properly. Her tips are always useful and easy to understand. Plus, she's friendly and makes the training sessions fun and motivating.
Aldrich is an excellent trainer. His is very passionate and determined in what he's doing, which allows him to be able to connect with his client and also to push his client beyond what an ordinary coach can do. He will put it effort in the advice that gives and also the training routine of his clients. He is very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition and has helped catered to my specific goals in the gym. Overall a 10/10 trainer and would recommend him to anyone!

Eugene is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. Upon understanding what i want to get out of personal training, he tailored a training program while keeping my past back injury in mind. He will always check your form and correct you on the spot to avoid any poor habits and injuries. Highly recommended for any new or experienced gym-goer.

I signed an 18 session plan with PT Eugene. It was to help me get back into weight training after having been out of it for a long while and losing weight at an unhealthy rate leading to a loss of muscle mass. He was very engaging and knowledgeable, willing to help out with advice over text as well as has a flexible schedule.
Vivek is one of the best PT trainers i had come across. He's very knowledgeable and most importantly, patient with his teachings. I truly learnt a lot from him and it was truly a fun PT session.

Vivek is great! I only did a trial session with him but his guidance was detailed, and I appreciated how he corrected my form across different workouts. He's also very friendly and approachable :)
Aldrich has not only helped me become stronger physically, but also mentally. He excels in dietary knowledge & know hows on how to really target smaller & bigger muscle groups. His persistence energy always rubs off on me, making me motivated every time i attend his sessions! Thank you Aldrich 😁
I'm not a huge fan of personal trainers. Most of them do it for the commission but my experience with Kemar has been nothing like that. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I would definitely recommend that you try a few sessions with Kemar. He is patient, takes time to understand your goals and modify to what fits you. To top it off, he tries to give you nutritional advice as well - because on top of training, protein/caloric intake matters too. He will push you during the training session - ain't gon lie, it is tough but the results are there 🙏🏾 Thank you so much for helping me attain my fitness goals!

I had a trial session with Aldrich, my experience with him was pleasant. I felt comfortable and safe telling him about my inexperience and hence lack of confidence in the gym to which he still follow through even till today with any questions I have. Glad to have him around.
When I first started training with Chris, he made sure that my basics and postures were perfected before moving on to lifting heavier weights. He's super patient, knowledgeable and utilizes each session with me to the fullest. I am really glad to have trained with him.

I have been working with Shu Min for the past 4 month and that has completely transformed my life. * A very well-equipped gym. Clean. A good number of racks, deadlift platforms, free weights, isolation machines. Well maintained equipment -- smooth operation, no jarring.
