Engaging a personal trainer for the first time has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My 8-week experience with Christy's bootcamp was nothing short of life-changing. Initially, I focused solely on losing weight, fixated on the number on the scale. However, Christy helped me shift my mindset entirely. Over just seven weeks, I lost an incredible 7% of body fat (1 more week to go)! It’s almost surreal to think about, especially since people around me, including colleagues, have noticed my transformation. I’ve never been a fan of group classes due to the cons - too much variety, higher risk of injury etc.
However, having worked with Christy 1-1 in the past, I had full trust in her and her work ethic and decided to join this bootcamp without hesitation.
The 8 weeks program had proper structure which was important for progress tracking. The smaller class size of 5 pax ensured everyone was well taken care of - proper form, execution and safety.
The accountability (daily food logs/ external homework) helped me the most, especially in the final weeks when the tendency to fall off plan was high.
I’m also grateful for the team comradery and positive energy during our weekly sessions.
Christy’s enthusiasm and positive attitude have made the experience enjoyable and engaging.

Started my first personal coaching with Christy alongside a friend months ago. Even I was not a stranger to the gym and was always actively involved in sports, Christy’s coaching educated me a lot.
She’s always enthusiastic and very obviously passionate in what she does. Always happy to answer my (stupid) questions as well as sharing her knowledge.
Used to think I was capable of gymming and achieving my goals myself but definitely this experience with Christy showed me that so much more could be done and there’s so much I don’t know.

Christy is a really good and passionate personal trainer. She is very dedicated in whatever she is doing. It's my second time engaging with Christy after 2 years. I have full trust and faith in her and have been looking forward to have her in my journey towards better health, body and mind.
Christy is ever so patient with my never ending questions and doubts. When giving feedbacks, she will always point out the good points and what can be further improved. I find that very comforting that she notices the good!! Her explanations are ever so detailed and she will always give reasons for everything she said. I also haven't been the best of client, but she is so understanding.
She also helped me a lot in the process of me buying products such as protein shake and weightlifting strap. I love how she always push me to my best, and with her around, I can really do so much. I came across Christy’s profile on ig and I decided to engage her as my PT after contemplating for a while.
I was considering whether a PT would make any difference to my “already quite active lifestyle” - running occasionally, lifting 2-5kg dumbbells and following random YouTube fitness videos.
After looking at her ig (and also reading up more), I realised that there is a really fine line between “having specific goals (and thereby having tailored plans) of wanting to build muscles and be stronger” and “just being active” (note: I’m not saying the latter is bad/wrong, just sharing my thought process when I was deciding if I wanted to engage a PT)
So with that in mind, I decided to engage Christy :)
Christy is a knowledgeable and professional PT who gives really suitable and sound advices and tips on the exercises that she teaches. She introduced to me many different types of exercises and she always tries her best to explain all the exercises as clearly as she can, whether it is the specific body parts being worked, correct form, tempo etc. And she also pushes me to the best I can perform. She also answers my qns regarding nutrition readily. No vagueness and brushing off any of my qns :)
While I may not see vvv significant change to the way I look after these past 8 weeks and my weight has remained the same, I’m definitely more educated and physically stronger!
And I think this is a very important takeaway for myself - looks and numbers are just one of the many barometers that I tend to focus on when I think abt whether I’m seeing results and whether I’m “healthy”. However, it should be my mindset, the knowledge that i endow myself with and how i truly feel on the inside (mentally and physically) that should really matter more.
The end of these 8 weeks will mark the beginning of a healthier (both nutritionally and physically) lifestyle for myself.
I now see fitness as a lifelong journey. It’s not just something one-off or “as and when I see the need to look better/more toned and less flabby” 🤣 I’m going to go to the gym regularly and lift heavy (progressively of course) and be stronger and I’m going to eat nutritionally (I am surprised how little protein and how much excessive carbohydrates I have been eating before this)!

When i first decided to hire Christy as a Personal Trainer i was a little nervous because I have never really went to the gym and I was afraid of doing so because it was always filled with muscular people. Christy knew about it and would always explain to me the correct way to use the gym equipments and demonstrate the correct posture. This helps me to retain information because I'm a visual learner. Besides that, I would look forward to the Gym sessions because Christy is a very friendly and cheerful girl who takes a step forward to behave as if we were friends and encourage me to push on whenever my limbs are wonbling and I feel like giving up instead of a typical pe teacher just teaching you what to do.
Every month, she will talk to me to get updates on my lifestyle such as the amount of sleep I'm getting, food choices, stress, home workout etc and offer advices which I appreciate as it makes me feel that she cares for her client.
Christy would also make changes and tweak the workout plan according to preference and struggles. I told her that I hate running because of napha 2.4km and she suggested incline walking instead which is bearable with some music and videos. I had difficulty doing squats because it feels really weird to me whenever I do it, so she suggested for me to do 5*10 sets at home so that i can get used to it. Besides that, she will provide a different workout every few weeks according to my strength and endurance and would ask me if it's too boring for me. Thus, she knows how to personalise the workouts to suit her clients instead of having a mudane workout plan.
She is also a very accomodating trainer, I missed some trainings cause of my work and i forgot about it once but she would never get angry at me. She is really understanding. I was almost late for every trainings for a few minutes but she will wait for me:).
Christy will push my limits too to try a heavier weight whenever she feels that I'm ready for it. I never knew that my body could be strong at times. From doing romanian deadlift with wobbly legs to being able to do it with a 17kg weight is a great achievement to me :).
Overall, I had a really fun time exercising under Christy's guidance.
First of all, I would really like to thank Christy for being such a wonderful personal trainer. Every session with her was definitely tough but fulfilling. Believe it or not, I was once almost anorexic and after I started my current full time job, I binge ate on all the foods that I restricted myself to, of course I gained back weight and wasn't feeling
happy. That was when I first saw Christy's instagram page. I went through all her weight lifting videos, read all the testimonials her clients had gave and decided to choose her as my PT to lead a
healthy and happy lifestyle. Her encouraging words and guidance makes someone like me, who didn't dare go near the weights corner, into someone much stronger
and braver. Christy is a really knowledgable coach and I definitely learned a lot from her in terms of performing exercise with the correct form, different muscles group and how to work on them. Her meal plan was amazing too, she makes healthy food much more delicious. For this past 4-5 months, I could see my body changing rapidly in a good way and I'm satisfied with all the results. I'm glad that I chose her and it's absolutely an enjoyable journey!
Before i engaged christy as my PT I was always afraid of entering the gym myself and over exercised (only cardio) + bad dieting. I was mentally exhausted because after many years of dieting i still did not shed any inches around my waistline. That was when I decided for a change and chanced upon christy's insta.
Taking on PT sessions with christy was the best decision. She is extremely encouraging, every session was different till the last and her attention to client's goal is always 💯. She has taught me so many, from learning to count macros to proper techniques for exercises. She really has helped me build up foundation, constantly reminding me (quality reps over quantity) and working on the correct muscle group remembering (mind muscle connection!! ☺️☺️).
Apart from all these, physically i feel more stronger and mentally alot happier with myself. To me, the numbers on the scale dont matter anymore, and after 16 sessions I've managed to shed a few cm off my waist. I cant be more grateful for christy, thank you for the guidance these 2 months.

Initially, I was quite hesitant about getting a PT because learning from online videos and executing those moves would have seem like a better option back then. But I was super glad that I turned to you instead! I felt motivated throughout this whole journey and have also gained
confidence in going to the gym by myself. Christy is indeed knowledgable and she always have an answer to all my burning questions. She provides detailed explanations and makes sure my doubts are all cleared before she proceeds. She also makes sure that my form is good before increasing the weight. She makes it a point that one shouldn't just increase the weight blindly, but it's more of earning the right to increase the weight (aka with good form). With her, training was made more enjoyable and less daunting. She was there to motivate and support me (physically & mentally) when I feel
like I wasn't able to complete my set. Within a short span of two months, I noticed that my strength, endurance and knowledge have improved! Really an achievement for me, from having no experience in this form of training to being able to lift weights that I couldn't have imagine that I was able to! Thank you for starting this journey with me, for giving me proper guidance and encouragement that I need for beginner me. It was indeed one of the best decisions I have made!
I got a 10 session package with Christy with goals to:
- learn more about mind muscle connection
- improve my form
- be more independent in planning workouts and correcting my own form
- be more in the know of the right diet plan (how much protein I should be eating etc.)
- be pushed to be mentally and physically stronger and to also learn how to push myself in the right ways i.e. without incurring injuries
- be more motivated to do ab workouts
- general workout tips and knowledge
Though the package was short, Christy managed to teach me everything that I intended to learn during these 10 sessions! She had also planned out the workouts thoughtfully. For example, knowing that I'm usually very unmotivated to do ab workouts, she managed to psych me into doing them by sneaking them into supersets and trisets that involved working other parts of the body. I used to not do ab workouts at all but by the end of our sessions, I was doing ab workouts at least 3 times a week!
Throughout our sessions, my mind muscle connection improved tremendously and I also became more focused and confident during workouts.
The diet plan Christy had suggested also helped my muscles recover faster and I was able to push myself more as the sessions progressed.
Overall, the sessions with Christy provided just the right amount of challenge, they were fun and I ended each session with tons of new knowledge. As a bonus, Christy has a friendly, positive and energetic disposition that will rub off on you!
I’ve been constantly exercising for many years from long distance running to HIIT training. I’ve always wanted to do strength training for quite some time and the only few basic strength training exercise I would know of are push ups, leg raises and bicep curls. They would only supplement me for a short while and I don’t see any gains and benefits from them. I was lost, I don’t have a fix diet plan, neither do I have someone who can point me to the right direction in terms of nutrition, workout frequency, the desired amount of repetition that I should be doing to reap the benefits and the most important aspect on top of that - adequate sleep. Though I was slim and lean, i managed to do my own strength training but still I don’t see any muscular gain in terms of body proportion in general and once again I gave up halfway. That all changed when I chance upon Christy, my PT’s IG profile on Instagram.
She predominantly trains and coaches female clients in her line of work and a small fraction of her male clients. I read testimonials and seen short IG stories that she helped document her clients from all walks of life that cross path with her from the beginning of their fitness journey to where they have become physically and mentally, and I was blown away by how she can impact and influence her clients’ life tremendously; by helping her clients making adjustment to their eating habits, showing up for PT session and also to feel good and look good in their own body and skin. I tell myself if these strong lady clients can do it, I shouldn’t be fearful about it.
My first PT session with Christy was a positive experience. Christy is so welcoming when we first met. We broke down what are my goals, injuries that I have and what I would like to see and achieve through the PT sessions under her guidance and direction, immediately thereafter it’s off to the races. Christy gave me an introduction of the different exercise, demonstrate each exercise with explanation and introduce how the equipment works for what muscle group and body part. I’m a visual learner and prefer to learn things by observing, and in a simplified way, she managed to provide cues for me to execute the exercise movement and breakdown each step and cue to its simplest yet didn’t discount the level of difficulty the exercise does help work on the focused muscle group. She was there to help me fine tune to make the exercise more effective. I didn’t believe in myself at times in performing the exercises she crafted out with the amount of weights I have to carry. What stands out most about her is that she believes in her own clients than we believe in ourselves, that’s a plus point i see in her in wanting her clients to do better than the previous session under her guidance. She doesn’t push her clients forcefully in carry heavy weights from the get-go, her main goal is to make sure client is safe and form & technique is checked before weight is progressively loaded. Aside from being a PT, she’s also like a cheerleader as well by the side as I perform the exercise under her watchful eyes and guidance. I should be happy for the weights I thought I couldn’t carry within my threshold, she’s even twice as happy as I am. 😂 Aside from this, she took even further step to share with me nutritional tips when eating at home and eating out and has made me change my outlook in strength training and also the love for food. I dubbed her nickname “gym mum” because she wears so many hats not just the hat of a PT so additional brownie points goes to her! 😊🙌🏻
My second session with Christy concluded recently and as always, she brings in the same passion, enthusiasm, positive energy and drive to her clients for every PT sessions. She’s forth-coming, willing to share her knowledge, willing and able to answer doubts I have pertains to fitness/exercise. My thoughts on this whole program: it has instilled a good habit into my life. Someone like me who used to escape sports-related activities during school, someone who attempted (once) to jog but eventually gave up because it was tiring. I never would've thought that I am capable of this.
I decided to try out PT as I was in a bad state of mind. Eating gives me a sense of relief and happiness. However along this eating journey, I started gaining a lot of weight. I came into this program with a reluctant mindset as I was constantly doing the same workout at the previous gym due to coach's comment on me being not strong enough to try out other exercises. I was only allowed to use kettlebell during my few months there. His comments also make me feel that gym is a boring, repetitive routine and decreases morale?
It felt otherwise with Christy, as I constantly learn new exercises and challenges new weight. I always reminded myself to at least try regardless of how hard it gets everytime. Through this period, I've managed to shed 8kg healthily.
Thank you for being a part of my get-active lifestyle. I will try to be active in my own way from now onwards!

Starting my fitness journey with Christy is one of the best decisions I’ve made in 2022!
Christy is a very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. She crafts detailed workouts for me and changes the workouts as I get stronger (and want to get stronger). She answers all my queries - from dieting to utilising the machines in the gym - I’ve learnt so much from her! I’m now less afraid to go to the gym on my own, feel more confident as I started to wear sleeveless clothes and feel way better about my own body. She’s very energetic and motivated, which makes me feel pumped up during our sessions. Whenever I feel like I’m at my maximum, she continues to push me through my limits which is something I couldn’t do while I was gymming on my own.
On my own, I’ve always struggled to have consistency with exercising. Through my journey with Christy, I’ve become more disciplined and way stronger. Christy always checks in with me and never fails to let me know whenever I’m breaking my personal best during our sessions - she lets me know how far I’ve progressed since our first session and it never fails to make me feel more motivated to do better!

These few weeks was short but sweet at the same time, I really enjoy doing resistance training with her. I have definitely learnt alot about how nutrition plays a big part into muscle growth and the importance of keeping the posture right and many more.

For those wondering if you should make the investment in hiring Christy - just do it. It truly was an investment in myself.
With her, sessions were always fun. I was lacking in knowledge on how to grow since I've been to the gym on my own for quite a long time before her. After training with her, she taught me the proper way for nutrition to optimise growth. I can't believe that I've gained 2kg of muscle while also lost 2kg of fat in 2 months+ (measured with weighing scale that measures fat & muscle). Christy also always considered my knee pain without compromising on quad strengthening exercises. She gave me exercises that are less strenuous on the knees while still working the quads. Also, she seems to have knowledge on every single thing you could possibly ask her. Christy is the perfect coach for beginners. Her small steps at the start of your fitness journey are what really will change your mindset and lead you to follow through with the process.
She always reminded me to trust the process, and I'm glad I did :). Now, 5 years later, my only wish was that I bit the bullet and engaged her even sooner and stuck with her online coaching for way longer!
Christy has all the characteristics that I need in a trainer. She is sweet as honey yet trains you like a beast. She encourages me while pushing me to new limits each time I meet her. I used to workout on my own, doing circuits and cardio more than lifting weights, as I am fearful of lifting heavier weights. But, training with Christy made many of my impossibles possible. I couldn't even believe that I could lift after not working out/going to a gym for more than 2 years. But, she believed in me when I didn't. Sometimes, I secretly dread meeting her because I know that she will be pushing me again and she always does so happily (for my good). Her rich knowledge in this field allowed her to push me through my limits while knowing what not to be pushed (I got a really bad headache once when I attempted to hipthrust my bodyweight.) She is also like a friend that is always there when you need her, where she sometimes goes beyond to care for me. I fell sick so many times during my journey with her because of my work and she is always so understanding to accommodate me. I am so thankful to have met her and I am also so glad that my journey with her doesn't end here!
It was a great pleasure working with cheerful Christy! I’ve learnt so much about nutrition, various exercises and how to perform them safely, efficiently and correctly from knowing nothing much about fitness at all.
Throughout the 8 weeks, Christy has been really encouraging and ensured that for every lesson, I’m sufficiently challenged for each exercise so that I’m able to continue improving. I’m surprised at the amount of weight I’m actually able to lift (mind over matter and you’re actually stronger than you think you are).

Being a good coach is not just about giving a meal plan or a workout plan. There's so much more to provide and offer. It is also about understanding the situations your clients are in and how you could still deliver a service to exceed their goals/ needs.
Sure, any coach could set a calorie/macro plan according to someone's weight/height/activity level but a good coach takes into account her client's lifestyle, problems, strength, weaknesses and most importantly his/her preferences in meeting their goals and Christy most certainly did all that.
What i like about Christy is, she takes into account a more holistic approach/goal for her clients. I knew she cared about my mental/ emotional wellbeing other than the obvious physical changes that i expected to see when i hired her. I say this with confidence because most trainers would just dismiss my feelings when i have a bad day or when i tell them I have bloating issues etc but instead of giving me an ear full, Christy tries to understand where her client is coming from and work hand in hand with them to twig some changes weather its in the form of training/nutrition/ supplimentation in order to overcome the challenges that i have addressed . This speaks volume about her training philosophy and how she
genuinely cares for all her clients.
Let me assure you that ANY trainer can come to you, train you and put you in a strict diet to lose weight but a trainer that checks on your mental wellbeing, values your feedback and responses, is passionate and knowledgeable in what she he does is definitely worth the investment.

I count my lucky stars to have found Christy! Many things I've done wrongly with dieting and exercise previously, were quickly corrected by her. Now with inches off my body, I don't starve myself and I have so much more confidence when I present myself to others.
Within 16 sessions with Christy, I have certainly grown stronger after every session. I look healthier and feel happier than I was two months ago. My knowledge on fat loss has exponentially increased, not only in muscle building but also nutrition and exercise. When training with Christy, you need not worry whether the results will come. Took a leap of faith and decided to take up 1-1 PT sessions with Christy after gaining interest in strength training a year ago. My goal was to build strength, improve my form, learn about nutrition and just to get a good workout sesh in!

Started her online program in October 2021, transited to in-person training in April 2022 and never looked back! I look forward to meeting her every week. Program changes every 6 weeks- ensuring a good balance of progressive overload, hitting PRs and exploring/learning new gym equipment and exercises. She is also very attentive during the session, watching every rep and ensuring that form is correct. Training with her made me realise what is training HARD and pushing myself beyond what I thought is my limit. I leave the gym feeling positive no matter how crappy I feel before the session. Christy radiates so much positivity during sessions and remains professional even when tired/sick.
She also provide nutrition guidelines depending on my goals. Not only was I ‘allowed’ to eat more, it improved my relationship with food, and understand that I have control.
With over 7 years of experience, she is very knowledgeable and answers my fitness/nutrition/life questions with lengthy explanations with much enthusiasm.
Made so much progress, and can’t wait to unleash more together! Will continue training with her for as long as I can, so SEE YOU CHRISTY😉
The gym that we train at is GREAT- walking distance to 4 MRT stations/line, not too crowded even on weekends/PH, equipments are well-maintained and clean.
Side note: it takes two hands to clap. As a client, we have to be accountable to ourself and make sure we adhere to her training program and nutrition guidelines to make progress. Do expect some level of independence when training with her.
I have been following Christy on IG for quite a few years before I was finally able to afford PT and instantly knew I had to go with her.
Christy is not only extremely knowledgeable about the exercises, the body anatomy but also very understanding towards one's mental and emotional states. She doesn't make you feel like you did something wrong or guilty when you fall off track, or are unable to keep up some days. Instead all you will receive are encouragements and motivation. I have heard some negative comments about PTs but honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Christy.
Since starting PT with her, I went through really dark moments and always wanted to give up on myself - be it PT or in general. But, when I tell you the amount of joy and relieve you get after each session with Christy is something that can change your mood, your thoughts, confidence, everything, you best believe it! No matter how many questions you have, she is going to answer it and you wouldn't feel like you're being dumb or wasting her time. Instead, she makes sure that she answers your questions and clear your doubts in the best way possible.
I don't normally say this up front and I'm guessing this will also be my first time saying this but.. in my 10 months with her, Christy has changed my life in ways she wouldn't know, and in ways I never expected. I wanted to be stronger regardless of any physical changes (also because I really love food..) and I did. I have become more confident, more loving of myself, and less afraid of facing new challenges in life. I'm really sad to be stopping PT but it will be temporary and I will be back again when life permits me to.
Christy isn't just a PT to me but she has become a friend. I promise you, if you're ever considering to engage Christy as your PT, just do it. You WILL NOT regret it. Thank you Christy for such an amazing journey. Thank you for not being someone who would make me feel like I'm a failure if I don't see any physical changes because you're ALWAYS expressing how proud you are of my progress. I have been training with Christy on and off since 2019 and Christy is a very dedicated coach that listens to your needs, challenges you on different levels and most importantly, ensuring that the clients have the right mentality. She builds a great rapport with her clients and I have always enjoyed training sessions with her and most importantly, managing to have the right foundation and having the right mentality about training and rest. I will always engage her again when I need someone to train as she really listens to her clients and puts her clients in the first place even if she is not well.

Christy is a vivacious, affable lady and a fantastic personal trainer. She is firm and decisive without being overbearing or pushy, and motivates effectively. She knows her stuff as she is able to describe and explain exercise techniques and their purposes simply and give the necessary cues and direction. Most of all, she sincerely tries to understand my goals and crafts clear and well organised plans (nutrition & training) that are suited to my strength & fitness levels & lifestyle - these plans are neither overly basic nor demanding but pose a healthy challenge as they must still be workable i.e they cannot be totally aspirational on one hand or easily completed on the other - and they have served as a programme I can adhere to in striving to better my overall health & wellness. I see a stark change in my consciousness of balance & moderation in my life in general, stemming from said nutrition & training plans. I enjoy all my training sessions with her and am impressed by my own progress under Christy’s guidance - I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking personal training.
TL;DR Christy’s affability & sincerity combined with her skills & abilities make her an excellent personal trainer to work with - highly recommended.
I have always wanted to do PT with Christy for some time now. I'm glad I managed to squeeze into her schedule while I still got a bit of time on my hands right now. Albeit our time together has been short (we're currently on our 5th and final week), I feel like we have been working together forever🤣
Dabbling in gym for a few years on my own could only get me so far. She guides me on my form, gives me tips on how I can tweak some things suitable for my body, pushes me every single session, believes that I can do more, believes in me more than I believe in myself. A bit paiseh to confess, but I have not pushed myself this hard before. Not even during F45, hehe. But then again, this is also the plus side: our sessions are always SUPER FUN!
2 main takeaways: now I know I can always push myself A BIT MORE and diet choices can always be healthier wherever I eat!

I miss training and being torture (especially the finisher) by this pretty lady. Same as many ladies here, been following christy on IG and decided to sign up 1-1 PT. It's one of the best well spent expenses for my 2022😁. I think I'm not well discipline on diet but I do feel my strength has improved overall.
Christy is knowledgeable and confident. I always look forward to my PT session after a long day at work. She also taught me how to understand the food labels. Some healthy foodie do contain high sugar.
If you need someone to push you or new to fitness, she is definitely the right person! It is really comfortable and approachable for newbies to start fitness journey with christy.
Having already seen many good reviews about Christy PT, I took no chance to jump on the bandwagon. Over the short span of a couple months, Christy has been nothing short of amazing. Not only was she super informative about creating a personal action plan to burn fat, get toned and feel better than ever, she also provided endless nutrition advice tailored to myself and how to maintain a sustainable diet even when eating out. She made me feel extremely comfortable during our sessions and made sure to push me to my limits during training. Even when I thought I was at maximum capacity, she PUSHED HARDER!! I guess this is also one of the main reason why we could quickly grow closer together as individuals. Overall, I would highly recommend y’all’s to take on Christy PT because even after ending my sessions with her, I’ve still been keeping up with her “at home training plans” and have lost over 5kg since the start.

I’ve been following Chirsty on Instagram since I started my fitness journey and it’s been about 5 years now. She has been nothing but an inspiration. Fitness aside, I’m always motivated by her determination and capability to achieve many things in life!
Having the opportunity to engage her for one-on-one personal training and to meet her in person while I was in Singapore was definitely something I wouldn’t have imagined would happen. Needless to say, she’s experienced and knowledgeable. I walked into the gym with the expectation of probably learning a few new things from Chirsty, but I walked out gaining so much more – better techniques of performing exercises, better understanding of certain preferred techniques, the right weight to lift and to train, and most importantly a valuable experience that I’d always cherish. Definitely a highlight of my trip to SG!
Thank you so much for being there with me on this journey! I started this journey with so many questions in my head, with me being so awkward in the gym, with all the people and equipments. Doubts got clarified, all the wrong perceptions got corrected and now, I feel more comfortable hitting the gym on my own. I am so lazy and inactive till the extend I would rather take the lift than climb the stairs and take the bus even if it's one stop away. Thank you for giving me advices on how I can sleep better, recover faster from my soreness and how I can hit my steps !! All in all, I'd say everything got better. CONTROL and QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.
No doubt, Christy is an excellent trainer. With her cheerful and friendly personality, you do not need to worry about being awkward or afraid. She would ensure that each sessions are beneficial and purposeful. At least, I would leave each session sweating and feeling sore (in a good way). Apart from physical trainings, she has imparted good life values such as being committed and not giving up when working towards personal goals. I am sure clients can benefit from her training both physically and mentally. 👍😊
This was my second time signing a PT package with Christy and it was nothing short of amazing! She was patient and understanding of our needs, and yet was always bubbly and pushing us to our limits. Her training adjusts to your lifestyle, body type and personal goals. I have learnt sooo much from her about life and weight training, and this knowledge will be useful for a lifetime. Do book your slots early (at least 6 months to a year before) as her schedule does get full pretty early on! I will definitely be engaging her again some time in the future 🤭💓
I joined Christy's PT with a friend in May-July and had a great time. Christy was such a friendly and encouraging coach, always pushing us to limits that we didn't even know we could reach. We always felt comfortable during her sessions and could voice out any of our concerns or questions. I managed to learn a lot from the sessions and we saw lots of improvements in both our form and physique. She was also super accommodating to our schedules despite being so busy. I would have been eager to continue the PT if not for my conflicting schedule, but even still I managed to take away lots of information that I can use in my own trainings :)
Engaging Christy as my PT is one of the best decision i’ve ever made. I love her bubbly & friendly vibes, never once I felt uncomfortable with her! She takes time to explain/guide me through each sessions, felt more like a friend than a personal trainer to me. It’s funny how I look forward to getting “tortured” by her every week hahaha!
