Cindy is an incredible coach/trainer. She is encouraging, understanding and very motivating. The journey to your strength and wellness is about YOU! She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and overall health. She will guide you to being strong, toned and healthy towards your future. It is so important that women understand they need to build strength for overall health and longevity. She is able to work with surgery rehabilitation as well as everyday fitness and training. I would highly recommend Cindy.
I’ve been training with Cindy for a few months now, and already feel that the impact on my body has been significant. She is so supportive, personalizes care and pays close attention to your body to make sure you're being safe and effective in training. She holds the highest standards for quality education and learning, so I have full trust in her expertise and capabilities. Every session is not only energizing but also uplifting, thanks to her positive and supportive approach. I really appreciate that her focus is on strength, injury prevention, and holistic wellbeing rather than just weight and body size, as so many in the field seem to continue to be stuck on. Overall, training with Cindy has been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone ready to make a positive change!
Cindy is a fantastic trainer! I'm so glad to have met her and to be able to train with her. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and nutrition. She has helped me through my rehab and fitness journey and has taught me many self-help tips. Cindy is intuitive and has her clients' best interests at heart. A real gem of a person.
Cindy is a really kind, empathetic, motivating and accommodating coach. She will silently show you that you can push physical boundaries through persistence and incremental challenge. Her workouts are creative and fun, full of positive energy. She takes a holistic approach to fitness, paying attention to the subtle differences that affect each woman's mind and body throughout the month. You will always look forward to the next session with her!
I joined Cindy for her group training “Barbell Squad” cycle after a cousin’s recommendation and it had changed my training drastically.
I was lifting weights by myself for two years but getting coached by Cindy skyrocketed my progress and my knowledge in only six months.
She meets you at your training level and works with you on your muscle imbalances and known injuries without discouraging you from always trying your best. Even if your best is a modified version of the movement she is teaching. Every little win is celebrated!
Coming to her cozy studio was like coming home to a bunch of women who are all about empowering you. Cindy’s passion is infectious and inspiring 😊
