Coaches are always helpful, friendly and fun. They are responsive and helpful on Whatsapp and in person whenever I have questions. They try their best to help you whether you are seeking clarification on payment, pausing membership while going on holiday or anything else. I always enjoy going there and enjoy working out. They have many time slots in the evening which makes it convenient for me to go after work on week days. They are very flexible with short term memberships, which has been helpful as my partner lives in the U.K and often travels to SG to stay with me for a few weeks at a time. However, the A/C can be better as I often feel hot during the workout. The communal shower is also very hot and humid. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with F45 Jurong CBD and definitely recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere for a group workout.

I am 2 weeks in after 3 years of not going to the gym. I am amazed at how great I feel already. The trainers have been fabulous, love that they are so personal and know my name and always there to help me be successful in the workout!

Doing a trial membership here and it’s a spacious clean space that’s a 10min/less walk from MRT. Great workouts/friendly team/owner. Yamin the instructor is always guiding / paying close attention so it’s almost like having a PT without the $$. I seldom write reviews but having been a member at all the big gyms - I think they deserve a shout out.

It was fun and refreshing after each session. Having say that, all the trainers are friendly and always there to correct your posture so that you won’t injure and will gain the most out of the training.

The coaches are great steward towards COVID safety. Always there reminding us to sanitize our equipment always keeping us well spaced apart. Coaches spend time correcting your form on every exercise and ensure you do it right before moving off. Accomodating to bookings during wet weather event. Awesome parking for both cars and motorbikes!
