Training with Fian shows me under a right guidance, it will give you visible progress that is hard to achieve on your own. I see growth in my whole body after an almost 9-months of training & I definitely recommend Fian to anyone who has a fitness goal in mind because he will be committed to help you reaching your goal! What I like most about him is he’s approachable, patient, always motivating & will just give that push you needed for a next level breakthrough. Grow with Fian! 💪🏻

5 stars! Fian is a great trainer. He’s attentive to my injuries yet knows when to push me to new limits. Best of all, I always leave in a better mood than when I walk in. His laugh is contagious! Highly recommend.
