Nice gym, friendly trainers. It has got free weights, machines, Olympic lifting racks, cardio stations ( crosstrainers, step machines, trademills, etc..), sauna/steam. studion for spinning classes, yoga, and other cardio classes The gym is fully packed in the evening, best to avoid between 6-8 pm. Best for people working in ORQ

This club has most of the advanced gym ifting machines u need. Lesmil classes are also available. Very convenient for the office workers in town.

Very clean with beautiful views of the bay area. They provide a set of clothes if needed, which is awesome.

Most of what you expect from a gym is there. I wish gyms stop assigning so much space to running machines that no one uses. Lack of bars for body weight exercises.

Real big compare to other branches. Nice view. Have both sauna and steam sauna. No pool.

On the 8th floor of One Raffles Quay, but have to check the members at the counter in front of the entrance first, such as the Fitness First membership card and the phone number given to the members, then they will receive a QR code printing certificate to come to the lift to the 8th floor.
