Grace's energy is over the roof! You can tell she has great connection with her participants when you walk in and sense the warm, welcoming environment with smiles and chatter. Personally I've always had a misconstrued opinion of Zumba but Grace changed my opinion. She makes it so fun, challenging (with strength training movements infused) and lively that you wouldn't realize the time passed. I would recommend Grace not just for her classes, but for her personality and warmth.

Grace is an excellent instructor and coach. She is always highly energetic, fun and at the same time motivating us to stretch our own physical and mental limits. I've been working out regularly with Grace for the past 6 years and always leave the studio feeling fulfilled, albeit with some loving aches on the following day 😆

I have been doing Zumba at various studios and with different instructors for the last 1 year and rarely ever have I enjoyed classes as much as I enjoy Grace’s! She has such a lovely attitude and energy. I love that she keeps reminding us that we are in the class to have fun and enjoy ourselves and not to perfect moves. Her smiling face and infectious energy really lift the class and make us give our best - all the while remembering to have FUN 🎉🎊🥳
