Swimming has been excellent. The coaches are well trained and are especially good at engaging the students! Staff here is amazing! I definitely recommend coming down to settle issues and whatnot because staff is always happy to help.

My baby just finished his first few lessons and so far the experience has been quite good. The pools are well heated and temperature is just nice for babies to learn swimming. Coach Darren is knowledgeable in teaching the babies swimming as well. Hope the facilities especially the showers and showering area can be improved.

Our son has been learning swimming with Happy Fish for a few years and just passed his Swimsafer bronze. We are really thankful for the guidance of the swim coaches. In particular, we would like to thank Coach Candy for her patient guidance to our son and dedication. She is always there to encourage him and even went the extra mile to be there at trial test and actual test offsite to show moral support. Once again, thank you Coach Candy and Happy fish for the journey.

My daughter loved to learn swimming here as the pool is heated and class size is smaller so she can learn faster. The showering facilities are good as well , equipped with nice hair dryer. Will recommend parents to enrol their kids!

A very good experience for my son to learn his swimming. Pool is warm and the depth is just nice for beginner to adapt too. Trainers(coach) are friendly and experienced, Students dont have the fear of water as they are well managed. : )

We had a great experience at home @ Bedok happy fish swim school! The branch manager Sebastian and his staffs are always friendly, helpful and approachable :) coach Ang & coach Natalia were patience to guide and advise us after the class on how my baby can improve on her water confidence. The toilets and changing areas were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to our family and friends to bring their babies and kids to learn swimming.

We have been with Happyfish for about 2.5 years. I like it that lessons are structured and can proceed even on rainy days. It is also a clean place with towels provided. However it can get challenging to reschedule a missed class. Both my kids started with Coach Candy from beginners - one has now attained the Swimsafer bronze certification and the other is currently training for it. She is patient and fun yet firm and competent. Well-loved by the kids!

Excellent customer service! Dianne was quick to answer my queries and all the follow ups regarding scheduling, make-up lessons etc. Responses have been professional. Also, my kids are enjoying the facilities and lessons at HOME@Bedok, especially my son who looks forward to each lesson! From a child who is afraid of dipping his head into the water, to being able to swim, it’s wonderful to see his progress ! Coaches (Coach Jared & others whom we have met) are patient and encouraging. My daughter has been with Happy Fish @ Bedok for about 2 years - from beginner/foundational level all the way to advanced. We are blessed to have Coach Candy, who is ever so patient, connects well with kids (and parents!), and always going the extra mile for her students. My daughter loves swimming and her coach, and looks forward to classes every week. She has passed her Swimsafer bronze test and now onwards to silver. The school provides a clean, safe and conducive environment for swimming lessons.

One more Happy Fish outlet has just opened and is within walking distance to the existing one located next to Decathlon Chai Chee. Went to check out this new outlet on their open house this weekend and am truly impressed by their new facilities. Besides several indoor pools specially designed and built for babies & toddlers with clean, safe & warm water… there are lockers for safekeeping of personal belongings, drinks corner for taking a break, super clean washing area as well as cool shower & changing rooms. Too bad my girl is already 14, if not I will sure register for her to enjoy a wonderful experience :-)

Coach Fen is gentle and professional willing to go extra miles if she sees fits to her students , and the student is willing to learn more strokes and swimming techniques. Good facility especially consistently warm temperature for showering which is important for my child. Coach Eaton is experienced and handles the children well. I happen to chance upon the founder's wife who is very hands on. She initiatively mopped a wet floor right after noticing that my son almost slipped after coming out from the shower. Kuddos to the teamwork working culture!

Nice and conducive environment for babies to learn swimming. Signed up for a package of 10 lessons. Was given 1 baby swimming diaper and 1 adult tshirt. Class was conducted in an area with ample space and with only 4 babies. Parents be prepared for a workout as it is actually more tiring for parents. Parents are required to assist their babies to familiarise them with swimming techniques and those exercises are done repeatedly in the lesson. All in all it is to bring out the natural swimming instinct of your baby.

We have been going to Happy Fish @ Bedok for several years now. Extra thanks to the wonderful and dedicated Coach Fern who guided my girls through their earlier classes and kickstarted their interest in swimming. My girls are enjoying their more advanced classes under Coach Ben now, and have been sad to miss classes due to COVID restrictions. Thank you, Happy Fish!

Great small little place. This is a indoor swimming pool so your child does not have to worry about coldness and rain. Friendly staff and coaches. Opposite has a Havey Norman warehouse and the True Fitness gym so parents can go for shopping or a workout while your child is learning swimming.

So this is how it goes, this review if for baby lesson from age 4-24, Now as all parent would know this age duration, kids change a lot, thier behavior, way of approaching so this group will be difficult so based on these and keeping in mind my kid is bit naughty and more active but it has to counted when they choose a coach or design and class that there would be diff nature of kids It's long one but might help you decide (Short version: facility, water env - very good, Design of sessions - not great Coach : it's upto your luck) Long version below pro 1. Facility is good, temperature control water, good changing rooms for both baby and parent 2. Getting in and out is easy from check-in to start of class and all pretty standard stuff 3. Coach: now this is gamble, if you get a good coach your child will learn, he or she will have patience and will know the ways with approach. Cons 1. There is no set of steps like they will finish or do in 10 classes. It's like they have a set of standard on what is called a beginner intermediate and expert but how we will reach there, that's a customer has to figure out 2. 10 session in one term will give you access to what they do but there is no order on when we will do this, first 4-5 sessions are fine but than it's all mambo jambo, you come coach will tell you u do, if you don't understand " you just do kicking today and done" that's the response 3. Coach: this is where we faced the most issue, first 4 classes would good, coach knew what to do and explained well. Even if you didn't understand first time , repeats again than coach changed The next coach was not good, if you ask can you repeat answer is you just do kicking today, reason may be coach does not have exp with kids as good as earlier one. If you design a class be it anything, you need to have set of ways to achieve a result, if we just want our kid to have fun with water than there are other facilities but a price of a kopi C Don't mean to be rude but to owner, you need may be redesign the session it break this group and than redesign To upcoming customer or parents: think through what exactly you are looking for, specially if you have kid who is more active Good day
