Resumed Taekwondo after a 6-year hiatus and was expecting to restart from white belt as I doubted my overseas documents would be recognised. But thanks to Master Berna who insisted I give it a try, my red belt was successfully converted to my surprise! Was also worried about having to catch up loads but thanks to Master Berna, Master Subash & Master Wu's guidance these 2 months, things have been smooth. Would definitely recommend this school as the masters here have the best interests of their students/clients of diverse backgrounds & ages at heart! :)

Absolutely fantastic school to learn Taekwondo. The masters are extremely kind, very responsive and take personal responsibility to ensure the kids are brought up the curve. Totally recommend this place if your kids love learning martial arts!

Masters from Chai Chee branch are able to build rapport with the children and they are able to encourage and engage children who are not participative or shy during the first few lessons. It is assuring to see my child progressing and enjoying the lesson. Would strongly recommend parents who are interested to let their child learn Taekwondo from IL Do Taekwondo. I would like to compliment Master Berna, Master Rogee and Master Wu for patiently guiding my child to learn and making the lessons interesting and also teaching them the right behaviour. The good masters here are what keeps me continuing the lessons as nothing is more rewarding to see your child learn and enjoying the lessons :)

My daughter loves IL DO taekwondo classes, she gets strong guidance from IL Do masters making progress in skill levels, discipline and endurance. They include fun activities to celebrate achievements, and they expose children to new experiences through camps and competitions.

The masters are very friendly and approachable. Training is conducted with a high level of professionalism and exceeds the pre-requisite of a holistic learning environment. This school is friendly to not only beginners but also prospective students who wants to improve their strengths. Every lesson allows students to push themselves to their potential and it broadens their horizons in this sport. As a student, I highly recommend this institution to individuals who are keen or parents who wants their children to pick up the recreational sport of taekwondo.

Ildo Taekwondo Academy Bedok branch has a group of dedicated masters that are able to bring out the best of children in their pursuit of Taekwondo training. Convenient location for parents who can drop kids at the taekwondo school, then proceed with grocery shopping at Bedok Mall. Place is like a dance studio, with staff coaching and another explaining to parents about their course offering. Plenty choices to eat at after class, so it's a move away from community centre types of classes.

The director is so kind, and the other teachers are all excellent teachers and truly care about the children. The demonstration class is also fantastic. The cafe across the street is a great place to drop off your kids and have a cup of tea. Ordering kimbap is also super convenient. I highly recommend it.

After my son started going there, he became more well-mannered and his physical strength improved, so I think he will study well.
