A. J.I started going here 1 month before my wedding to get in shape, 3 lessons per week (started as beginner 4 lessons, then intermediate thereafter), and in just 1 month I noticed great results!! After my wedding, I still continue going at least twice per week. I've always struggled finding gym lessons that were challenging enough and felt good on my body - and I finally found it here. The instructors are all super friendly, explaining the exercises well and correcting bad posture, they play good motivating music, the facilities and machines are new and clean. I absolutely love it!
I suggest booking lessons 1-2 weeks in advance because the good slots get booked fast!
B.KX River Valley is a great studio with quality trainers. I have been doing KX for a couple of years and decided to do some classes while on holidays. Excellent friendly studio environment, trainers took a great approach, very well run classes. Perfectly timed exercises and several options to build and improve (kaizen experience). Also stock a good range of grip socks you can buy in studio. Clean fresh studio vibe too. Recommend Kx and River Valley delivers a true Kx experience.
P. I. C.Always a great workout at KX, can expect a more dynamic workout compared to traditional pilates rep sets. The instructors are also super friendly and encouraging, giving the option to advance for those who are up for a more challenging workout and regress whenever you need to; catering everyone’s needs (which I don’t find this perk elsewhere tbh!)
KX also has the best amenities; super pretty and clean studio! The reformer and equipment are brand new as well, enhancing the workout to the next level 🤩
