I have been learning pilates from May for a few years now, and I’m thankful to have found an instructor who is highly attuned to what my body needs for every session - she is able to tell which areas need more support and which areas can be further challenged. Her classes always include a good variety of movements, and some of these movements make use of muscles I never knew I had. The intensity and variety make every class challenging and interesting. More importantly, May has really helped me become much more aware of my poor postural habits and how I can correct them. It has truly been an enriching journey and I am thankful to be able to continue learning from May!

Don't let May Li's gentle demeanor and exquisite exterior fool you. When it comes to Pilates, she is H.A.R.D.C.O.R.E. If you feel like raising you serotonin levels but ran out of SSRIs or prefer a natural remedy, try pilates. With May. She allows you to drop some F bombs and speak in tongues too. Very woke. The class size of 5 is just right, and it is almost as if May was blessed with the gift of partial omnipotence; I didn't feel left out even as I dragged behind and struggled to do some of the more intense exercises with perfect form. May was also sensitive enough to adjust some of the exercises for me so that I can carry on doing the workout without feeling like a loser. Hearsay May can be quite "fierce", but I didn't feel scared at all. I felt like I was home. Just that the aircon is more powerful. Thank you May.
