Gym is very big with a wide variety of equipment. The staff are very friendly and are all very helpful with any enquiries about memberships. They offer many types of plans for all users, not just safra members, and even offer student rates. Members are also allowed to use other safra gyms. Overall a very good gym that is affordable, would recommend.

Review correct as of 2024, from a user that has frequent 3 other energyone gyms around SG for 1 year+. Service: Very friendly staff at the counter, and they go around the gym time to time to tidy up the place and clean. Cleanliness overall is good as such. Community: Users are friendly here, less the few ego lifters and weight slammers. Most users are responsible, clean up the equipment after use and share machines. Few black sheeps. Can be crowded compared to other energyone gyms. Equipment: Relatively new compared to other energyone, but due to higher traffic of users here the equipment seems to have worn down more than other places, with some equipment missing parts. They had a renovation mid 2024 that made the place brighter and more aesthetic but the Equipment have no changes. Variety of machines is good, for both cardio and weights. Facilities: One of the few that has no access to swimming pools unlike other energyone gyms. The steam sauna and jacuzzi are also in bad state with the weakest sauna that's not as hot and breaks down frequently compared to all the other energyone gyms. The jacuzzi is also so weak that it's almost non-existent with lukewarm waters. Despite feedback seems like nothing has changed over the year of visit. Overall, good for basic workouts and to use the machines, but might not be worth it to pay the extra gym fee for the poor facilities since there are cheaper alternatives if it's just for using gym equipment. But if you visit other energyone gyms it'll be worth.
