K. L.I joined SumHitt when it was first launched. I attended the free trial sessions and decided to stay on for the membership.

Less than a 1-minute walk from TaiSeng MRT, and I love the exercise classes at SumhHiit. Interval exercises between bikes and ground exercises. Get the 60 mins burn within 35 mins. Great for people with busy schedules who want maximum workout results. So, I wish they could extend the time a little longer and include even more exercises.

Cozy environment, cool songs, cool coaches, and pretty entertaining – you won't get bored . And now I can't help but crave for more nasi lemak and teh tarik.

The workouts were challenging, yet manageable, and the progressive overload principle really helped us build strength and endurance.
The program's structure and pacing were excellent, with a great balance of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. The instructions and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow, and the support from the coaches and community was top-notch.
Personally, I loved the variety of exercises and the way the program pushed me out of my comfort zone. I've seen significant improvements in my overall fitness.
K. L.Sumhiit has a fantastic atmosphere that is both welcoming and motivating. The equipments and facilities which includes shower facilities and dyson hair dryers are all very well maintained! The trainers are also very friendly and helpful.
Had very positive experience and the trainers are very motivating and ensure that you do the exercises with the right posture. Highly recommended for a place to get in shape!
