Jasmine from The Beacon Movement has helped me so much that my Plantar Fasciitis (>20 years) is NO LONGER giving me any issues (after just a few mths)! No pain, just gain from training with her! She's able to explain clearly why we do the exercises (I used to play sports, so it's important for me to know), and I love being on the Reformer & other machines! Mat work is also beneficial & helps me in strength and conditioning! Been training w Jasmine for more than a year now, not stopping anytime soon! 😊 #satisfiedclient
Been training under Jasmine since 2019. Pilates with Jasmine is anything but boring. She customises every session based on my needs, and also notices my misalignments even before any pain/aches sets in. At TBM, I also had the opportunity to attend classes by Jay and Ruthlynn. They are also very experienced professionals and sharp on their cues. I have benefitted greatly from their classes. TBM is the place if you are serious about ur well being!
I really enjoy the ten session group pilates with Ms Ruthlyn, as our pilate instructor. She is very good. Highly recommended. Sometimes she is quite hilarious and makes the session very fun and enjoyable. One thing I like about this beacon movement is that the place is clean and we get to use their equipment (transformer). It helps on leg stretching
I have been training calisthenic + rehab under the guidance of Jay for the past 10 sessions. He identify my weakness and provide feedback on how it can be improve. He introduce various exercises to help me gain awareness of proper muscle contraction and body movement control. He also explained the rationale behind every exercises and it helped me have a better understanding of what I should be doing. Training is progressive with emphasis on proper form and execution. Highly recommended for anyone who wish to practice Calisthenic and/or injury rehabilitation at a safe and controlled pace. Thank you Jay and Beacon Movement🫡
